First class service and products...
From start to finish geyser.co.uk make your experience so easy. Having used this company before of course I had to return! I needed a couple of questions answered before purchasing and my emails were answered very promptly and with great knowledge.
Once I'd placed my order, which was very straight forward, before I knew it my goods had arrived the next day! Excellent service considering I had placed my order quite late in the afternoon - thanks.

Not Great
Item arrived in good time. It appeared to be well packaged, only to find a big dent in one of the cross rails. Due to time had to install back to front in order to conceal dent. Didn't think it got particularly hot either!

I am sorry to hear your ail arrived dented. This is something that can unfortunately happen with any product whereever you buy it.. coruier damager. We would of course have replaced this for you even you had let us know.
If you wish you can send photos of the damage and we may consider offering you a good will refund towards the damage incurred.
As far as the heat output is concerned, the rail will give out the BTUs listed on our website (or watts if electric). It sounds like you may have under specified what is required and you may have needed a larger rail?

RADIATOR OK - DELIVERY NOT SO
Frustrating that the website offered delivery advice to the effect that if you want to leave special instructions such as 'leave in porch/round back etc' then do so. I did this, and booked the plumber for the next day, only to get home to find a card from Royal Mail saying that the package had to be signed for. Therefore had to cancel plumber and wasted the next day off work. Geyser didn't seem to know that this was the delivery criteria. Radiator is fine, but not sure I want to use a company that doesn't seem to know what's going on. Plumber wasn't too happy either.

I'm sorry that the item wasn't left in the secure place as requested for you.
We have recently changed the coruier companies which we use. Our contact within Parcelforce did not mention to us that in some circumstances the driver won't leave the items in a secure place and will automatically card the delivery.
This is the normal procedure for our other couriers. We are in the process of updating the website notes in regards to Parcelforce orders now.

Brilliant device to control electric towel heater
2 hour boost button works a treat - heats the radiator, keeps it hot and turns it off again so you don't have to worry if you leave it switched on.

Simple solution to brighten up the bathroom
I ordered 6 chrome radiator bleed and blank caps, from Geyser on line on a Friday
The auto response said 5 working days, they arrived on the Tuesday !!
Simple to fit and they hide the less than handsome non chrome bleed and blank plugs.
Delighted with them.

Fantastic purchase
I found Geyser through a search engine when I was looking for a tall thin towel radiator for our new bathroom. Geyser had exactly what I wanted and it was in stock. I also purchased the Dual Fuel conversion kit so we can use it all year round. The radiator heats our bathroom brilliantly and looks great. The price was spot on, ease of ordering fantastic and delivery was prompt. Cannot rate Geyser highly enough. Will be telling anyone who wants any type of radiator to visit this website immediately.

Put a lot of trust in a unknown website. Picked a bargain from the site which ideally suited my bathroom needs.
Because of many other 'builder' factors only recently, december, got my heated towel rail fitted.
Good instructions, v good towel rail.

Quality products
Ordered 2 of the Harmos radiators and a towel rail. Delivered promptly and they look great. Haven't had them fitted yet so reserving judgement on their performance.
Really helpful over the phone.
*Update* The radiators I bought can't be mounted onto plasterboard with the fittings provided. I've had e-mail ping-pong discussions with Geyser on this as well as having contacted the manufacturer directly but no joy on either front.
Could end up an expensive mistake.
*Update 2*
The team at Geyser - now they fully understand the problem are doing their utmost to find a resolution for me. At all times they've been prompt with their replies and very eager to help.

It's been a while but I've finally had the Harmos rads mounted. They look great and heat output seems fine. It really hasn't been easy to get them mounted to plasterboard though. The people at Geyser put me in touch with the Harmos UK Rep (I have his number if you need it) who sent me Hilti fittings as a fixing solution. Load of crap though so don't get fooled by them. You basically need to attach the hooks to existing studwork or manufacture a frame hidden behind the wall to support the units. If you go with the studwork option you need to be very careful to ensure you get the pipework in the right place to make sure the supporting hooks are symmetrical. If they're not and you look along the wall it looks stupid.
Alex, I have a question Re the plumbing of these radiators I hope you can answer. Please call me- my number should be on your system.

I am sorry to read your further comment after the first positive one.
We ourselves are currently in talks with our supplier about improving the brackest supplied with the Harmos product so they will be better for plasterboard walls. We are aware the screws barrels are very thick at present, which is great for durability but too heavy duty for light walls.

Excellent service!
I ordered some radiator heating items, but ordered two of everything by mistake as I had misunderstood what out plumber had said. I had absolutely no trouble returning the extra items and received a full refund, thanks to the very helpful person that I dealt with on the phone.

Complete mess up on delivery and the product was dented in two places
The delivery of this product was not on time, and so missed the deadline for my electrician, who then fitted it a week later due to his schedule. When we unwrapped the radiator it was dented, but because the electrician took so long to come back after the first time when the radiator bit didn't turn up, I couldn't be bothered to start all over again - v frustrating, and not particularly interested staff, wouldn't use them again.

I am sorry to read your review. It must be frustrating for you that the produycts arrived dented, but this is out of our hands and down to the courier company. We ensure we provide the best packaging possible but from time to time items suffer damaged in transit.

We have been thrilled with the Pieve Nero Anthracite Heated Towel Rail. It is one of a kind! A radiator design that made the wife smile, whoopee.
Needed a heater for our conservatory as its winter it is very cold, especially as the conservatory is an extension to the kitchen at 0530 in the morning it is freezing in there. I saw this electric radiator on line and it fitted in with the decor and fittings wonderfully. A real smart looking bit of kit and it does what it said on the box.

Excellent service and product
We have been thrilled with our electric radiators. I firstly got great advice on the telephone in plain english were I was helped to work out exactly which radiators would be suited to heating our designated room. They arrived very promptly and were very easy to install. And the best thing is that my husband's office is now warm in about 5 minutes, having been freezing for years. No amount of blow heaters or other plug ins have worked nearly as well. We are very happy! Thank you.

Brilliant - Just the job!
Towel rail installed in my newly upgraded bathroom. It looks brilliant and being high, it looks 'right' against the wet wall shower screens. The bathroom is mainly white with chrome and glass so the heater looks ace.
Having the thermostatic control is wonderful for altering the heat output according to needs.
I can certainly recommend this Company for supplying exactly what they state.

Neat, smart and easy to install
I bought two electric radiators for a new outside home office. After a slight delay in delivery (they were out of stock), they arrived promptly as informed. They are neat, minimal looking and easy to install (apparently - it wasn't me!). The office has been in use all through the snowy weather and they have done a perfect job re heating the space. Just waiting for the first eleccy bill to see how they fare in cost, but checking the readings and comparing to last year they don't look like a big consumer.
