Fast and faultless service
I placed an order with Gibb Stuart as their prices for Easiyo were excellent. My order was for more than £25.01 so there was no delivery charge. I placed my order late on
Wednesday evening and my parcel was delivered on Friday morning within the 1 hour delivery time-slot indicated by DPD. Excellent service.

They must be GOOD I just keep going back time after time. I enjoy purchasing from Gibb Stewart because I know Im getting Good product at a Good price with Good delivery They are such helpful people to deal with--nothing is too much trouble. I like em!!!!

All ways great service.
Had a problem with an out of date product a while back. GS replaced everything as quick as possible, with extra costs taken care of. Could not have asked for better. All ways the best price for Easiyo.

Cheapest place to buy Easiyo
Really pleased with company, good value and no shipping cost with spend over£19 what a bargain. Lots of other sites seem to hide their shipping costs until you've taken ages deciding and then you just pay the cost otherwise time wasted.
Would Definately use again, my mum has already.

Best place to buy Easiyo!
Gibb Stuart is without doubt the best place to buy Easiyo with their long running offers which cannot be beaten by anywhere else I have looked. The website includes helpful information about Easiyo and where it comes from too. Free P&P is brilliant, the delivery is very quick and you even get text messages telling you exactly when your delivery will arrive and even who the driver will be! This time I received a free folding shopping cart worth £14 which was a very pleasant surprise! I have already ordered again as the offers are just so good. Thank you to all at Gibb Stuart and please keep up the excellent service!

Perfect service
There was a minor detail about how to track my order which did not add up, but I received info automatically about it anyway. It was processed very quickly, and I was kept well informed about it. I also changed the day of delivery very easily, and the parcel arrived exactly in the time slot, well packaged. The price was very good.

Excellent delivery time
Purchasing my Easy Yo on line was easy with great prices on this product.The delivery time was excellent though I did not hear the doorbell and the goods were delivered to a neighbour. I had 2 text messages from Gibb Stuart and the second one telling me that the goods had been delivered to No 39 .The prices were excellent but not as wide ranging as some Easy Yo suppliers .I would use them again.

OK, the sell-by is nearly up but this is not fresh fruit and it was delivered on time and came by well-packed parcel post. Besides, at half the normal price which includes the delivery costs how can anyone go wrong with this deal? Deal or No Deal? 'Most definitely, 'DEAL' '.

It`s a great website and the customer service is second to none.

Excellent service as usual!
Order received very quickly. Only couple of small gripes, would be nice to be able to track order or at least receive a despatch email, also items were covered in powder so made a bit of a mess when opening and thought something had burst but all was fine. Have used this company many times and have great offers on Easi Yo and free shipping is a bonus!

Fast and professional on delivery of Easiyo yogurts
Have used Gibb Stuart a few times and have always found delivery of the Easiyo yogurts very fast. No need to run out, even when you made up your last one as delivery is so quick.

The best place to buy Easi Yo
Searched the web for an Easi Yo stockist as there is none in my area that sells Low Fat, really pleased I found Gibb Stuart and will use again for price and speed of dispatch.

Wouldn't trust them with the time of day
I ordered a battery powered hedge cutter on January 4th which I had been looking for for some time but which seemed to be generally out of stock elsewhere. I was therefore pleasantly surprised when my order was accepted and notification was emailed that payment had been received.
A week later I got another email from Trustpilot inviting me to rate the service received from Gibb Stuart. Since I was still awaiting delivery, I checked the website for the state of my order but there was nothing listed under my account. I then telephoned and spoke to Max who hummed and hawed a bit and said he would phone me back later that afternoon (a Friday) and when I pressed him he said it appeared to be a problem with the carrier.
No phone call so I rang again on Saturday and spoke to the manager (Sandy Gibb Stuart?) who said that Max didn't work on Saturdays. However, he would try to check and call back which he duly did, saying that the package was allegedly out for delivery but since the original carrier (DPD) had passed it on to Hermes, he couldn't do more until Monday.
I chased it again at lunchtime on Monday - Max was at lunch and the manager promised that he would call as soon as he got back. Silence again!!
I rang for the fourth time mid afternoon and spoke to Pat? who said he didn't know anything about it but he would check. He rang me back immediately to say that sorry- the carrier had lost the item and since the hedgetrimmer was now out of stock, they were refunding the money. He said that Max had sent me an email at 1.50 pm to that effect. I eventually recovered the mail from my junk mail - unsigned I might add.
I suggested to Pat that the whole story sounded distinctly fishy - particularly since I had not received any notification of dispatch with a DPD tracking number and also because no orders were listed on my account. How did they know that the item was lost and what were they doing about it? Why did Max not telephone me to explain but instead, sent an impersonal email? I told Pat from the information that I had, that I did not believe that they had ever sent the item. At best, it seems to me that I had been the victim of an administrative blunder and at worst, my payment has been taken as a way of easing short term cash flow problems. He assured me that this would never happen but promised to investigate and call me back. I am still waiting.
I am also still waiting for the refund of my payment of £89. So far, Gibb Stuart has had the use of my money for 11 days. I hope that it will not be another 11 days before I get it back. B&Q credits returns within 24 hours. Why can't Gibb Stuart?
On the basis of my experience, I will not be recommending this firm to anyone.
