A really reliable and helpful company
I ordered a Lexon travel bag for my brother for Christmas having only seen it on the Lexon website. When I contacted Gifts with Style they kindly ordered it for me and added it to their own order so I could have it in time for Christmas. Delivery was really quick but unfortunately when i saw the bag it wasn't quite the colour I expected. Gifts with Style have been really efficient and helpful and have already collected the parcel so it can be replaced with a different colour. I haven't been charged for this. The service has been excellent and email replies have always been really quick - I woul definitely shop with them again.

I ordered a late Christmas present mid week and was concerned about it arriving in time. I was delighted when it arrived by special delivery on Saturday morning at no additional cost to me. Item was pristine and beautifully packed. Excellent service.

Useful and fun

Does almost everything well
The ordering system was good and the price was right.The goods were satisfactory and as stated.But to offer 2 day special delivery over the Christmas and New Year period was a bit misleading.I was charged extra for it of course but was happy to pay if it could be done.
When some of the 2 days were Bank Holidays or weekends or the busiest shopping days in the year, you may have had your doubts and you would have been right.
There was no apology no explanation and no refund.It took almost a week instead of 2 days.
The lesson is,as always,don't promise a service you cannot
complete.

We ordered early in time for Xmas without tracking but our item never arrived, a phone call soon had another in the post by tracker service the week before Xmas and it arrived in time. No quibbles or objections raised, the problem was calmly resolved to our satisfaction -- excellent. Would recommend to anyone on this level of support

Smashing little radio!

Lovely product and friendly service
I phoned to check if my order could be delivered to me the next day. the lady on the phone was very friendly and confirmed they were able to get it to me the following day.. then placed my order which was straight forward enough and received a stunning guzzini wall clock the next day which i gave to my daughter who loved it. I order a credit card holder from Gifts with Style and it was faulty.
I sent it back on the Friday and I had a new one on the Monday along with an apology. First class service. I subsequently order another identical holder and it came quickly and has been very satisfactory.

Great service -not so hot on the product
The ordering process was simple and the delivery speed was fantastic. Dissappointed however with the candles - they look great, really funky, but hardly give off any fragrance. I usually buy for-every-body candles and think I'll stick to them. Will definately use the on-line store again, but won't be ordering candles.

Fantastic customer service and quick delivery
I thought I had left my Christmas shopping to the last minute but I found that the customer service at Gifts With Style was fantastic and they went above and beyond to ensure my presents arrived within a few days in time for Christmas.
The range of products is fantastic, you can find something for almost everyone you know, I would be dangerous if I was let loose to shop on the site. I will definitely be using the site again and could not recommend highly enough.
