I ordered an Epiphone Electric Acoustic guitar package off the website and I was (and still am) thoroughly impressed with the quality of the package, the speed of delivery service and the ease of transaction. The guitar arrived in tune with no faults as well as the rest of the package (amp, spare strings, tuner etc...) and arrived next working day.

After an initial call to a friendly chap, inquiring about a second hand Les Paul... I swiftly received my Paypal Invoice. With payment made, the guitar was duly dispatched. I received it the following day-nicely and securely packed. The guitar was in even better condition than I expected...and had a perfect action! It was even perfectly in tune!! Could not fault my first purchase experience with Gig Gear and will not hesitate to use them in the future. Highly recommended!!
Spent ages looking for an Epiphone LP Special in black. Found one at Giggear and ordered online at just after midday. Having reviewed their home page I was expecting to have to pay for next day delivery as the guitar was under £149, but to my surprise when I ordered I found it came with free delivery. Next day I had my guitar with no fuss and no hassle. I would definately use Giggear again as the service was first rate and their prices as good as any bodies. Highly recommend.
Ordered a new Ibanez RG2550z GW last week online. This went smoothly. Had email from shop saying it was out of stock and that I had to wait a couple of days for out to arrive. No problem here, guitar arrived well packaged within a couple of days. Shop told me it would be fully set up but when it arrived 3 strings out of tune, locking nut bolts all loose. Guitar plays beautifully now. However, ordered mid January 2013, the guitar that came is a 2009 model. Not sure what to do about it yet?
GigGear was one of the few places that had this particular guitar in stock as it has been discontinued. Not ony did they have it, it was £30 cheaper and offered free delivery. Due to the adverse weather conditions, they were however unable to offer next day delivery, but they did deliver within 48 hours. Can't fault GigGear and will definitely be using them in the future as opposed to Dawsons who are on my doorstep. Many hank GigGear.
I had to call the store after trying to order online. Staff member very helpful. Reordered online and had item within a few days. Item was well packaged and in prime condition on arrival. I would have no problems recommending GigGear to others.

Bought a new guitar from these guys at a great price. It was delivered the next day in perfect condition. Rang them before ordering to check stock and they went out of there to go and check it was in and to double check the colour was correct. Made up with the product and service. Would recommend to anyone.
Honest vulue and reasonable delivery charge. My items came within a few days as promised even tho they had to order in an item i had bought. Very pleased and i would order from them again with no worrys.
Finding a week before Christmas that a guitar I had ordered and paid for a month earlier from GuitarGuitar (as a Christmas present for my son) would not be delivered, I was scouring the web to find the product elsewhere. At last I found the GigGear site which said the product was in stock. Not trusting site information (GuitarGuitar's site had said 4 were in stock when I placed my original order) I rang Customer Service. They assured me they had ONE left so I went straight back on the site and ordered it. The guitar was delivered early the next day - with no delivery charge!
The Guys at GigGear were fantastic, they took the time to call me with details of my order and made sure i ordered the correct equipment. The Drum Specialist Guy was great, gave me some excellent advice and my son is really really really pleased with his new set of skins. Thanks Guys!!

Ordered some stocking fillers in response to an e-shot, then realised I wanted home rather than work delivery. Sent email, got quick confirmation back and the goods arrived the next day at home. 1st Class Royal Mail delivery was on this occasion, and so was the GigGear service.
I've been searching for an Epiphone Les Paul Junior for a back up guitar.
One company took my money then two days later email to say they weren't in stock. After finally gettin my money back I rang GigGear and found they had two left. They were friendly on the phone and I ordered the cherry junior. As it was less than a week until Xmas I didn't think I'd get it in time. They informed me I'd missed that days dispatch but it would be collected by courier the next day. So two days after I ordered it the courier knocked at my door with my new guitar. I was over the moon as I had a local gig that night. The guitar was well pack inside two yes two cardboard boxes. I opened the outer box in a concerned frame of mind as it had the Fender logo on it but to my relief the Epiphone les Paul junior box was inside and inside that was my lovely punky junior. It was even nearly in tune!!! It was set up beautiful and I was so impressed with it I used it as my main guitar for the gig instead of my usual Les Paul.
Overall GigGear has impressed me greatly. I usually use another guitar shop to order my gear from (no names ) as I thought they could not be bettered, I was wrong! GIGGEAR is my new supplier for my music needs.

The Montana strap arrived early Tuesday from the order the previous Sunday evening. It was in pristine condition and really well protected in bubble wrap , clearly great care had gone into ensuring that the package arrived safely. My youngest who is lead guitarist for Shooter,a local band in Weymouth, will put it to good use on his Gibson guitars. Thanks very much.

Tried to find a guitar case for my cousin for Christmas and was really worried I may have left it too late (2 weeks before Christmas!) but the service was amazing. Plenty in stock, ordered and here approximately a week later.
Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Gig Gear even when I pestered them to check when it would be delivered and when it did it was boxed up perfectly.

I originally ordered a guitar from GAK, who turned out to be a bunch of lying cowboys. When that didn't work out I turned to GigGear, who are close enough to my home for me to take a trip there personally if things went wrong.
The price was fair, delivery was quick and everything about the GigGear website seems professional and gives one confidence. I'm completely satisfied and will buy from GigGear again, I am sure.
We have bought from GigGear before and was so impressed with the level of service that we wouldn't think about going elsewhere. I called the store to make enquiries and the chap I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and seemed more than happy to talk and gave me all the help and advice I needed to enable me to make a choice from the various options available. I ordered my item on Tuesday, concerned that I'd left it a bit late to order for Christmas, but amazingly it arrived the following day.
