Problem with return factory fault broken items.

New hard drive had crack on plastic panel. To return, check, then wait for answer from manufacturer, then receive replaced item, it takes about 2-4 week. This is not acceptable, as i payed money to receive new item ASP. I couldn't wait for so long, so now gave new item without any warranty. Upsetting... Now thinking about new sellers...

    Hi Marius,

    All we have asked is for you to return the drive to us for us to have a look at. I think there must be some confusion, as the manufacturer wont be involved, and the process wont take 2-4 weeks.

    If you send the drive back to us we will get it turned around asap.
