Great delivery but Send wrong Item
I order Graphics card as GTX 660 TI but then Ginger 6 send me GTX 660 instead and I was upset because I promise to get one for my brother birthday.
Lady rang me from Ginger 6 company and she said that Title from Item page was incorrect and now they correct it. She said if I send GTX 660 back and they will swap for GTX 660 TI and it will charge me 70 pounds more.
I'm not bother with now because I let down my brother birthday day and I want full refund now. It been wasting my time really, I'm pretty much upset.
This is was my first order from Ginger 6.

Good, solid, practical advice and service.
Ginger6 are happy to discuss your needs and offer helpful, practical advice. In the build you get what you asked for, with all the cds and manuals included. You don't get conned into taking any unwanted and potentially costly add-on's. The customer comes first, service is excellent and delivery is prompt. Unreservedly recommended.

Very helpful on phone
The assistant I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and set me an online account up with my order in the shopping basket to check and confirm. Delivery came when I asked but the order was wrong. Not everything was built it that I had asked for and was on my order summary. Very frustrating having make phone calls to sort the problem and then wait for a part to be sent out.

I bought a computer off of them a few years ago which i got great service for but more recently i bought more ram. But before i bought anything i asked if they could dig up my previous purchases and recommend me something that would work. Which they did. Was great. Loved the experience.

Brilliant!!
I needed a cheap but decent PC for my mother to use on the internet and after much searching found Ginger6.
The price was very good and the components all decent brands so I placed the order.
The customization options were excellent and I was able to tailor the PC to exactly match her needs and budget.
Build time and delivery were exactly what they quoted and they have been in constant contact throughout the order process to let me know what was happening. Even after it has arrived they have been in contact to ensure I am happy with the product.
I need several more PC's for family and myself and will be back to order them all from Ginger6.
Highly recommended on price, quality, flexibility and service!!

no fuss ordering
easy to use website with good price to spec ratio. just one minor point was that the order was going to take 5-7 days but received it in 2 as i was going to slightly modify my order before despatch. just a personal viewpoint but something to maybe watch out for. (first time ive not wanted a quick delivery, lol ) would definitely use again though.

Quick to deliver, competitive and still a small e-retailer
For not being one of the big boys (Ebuyer, Aria, Scan..) Ginger 6 manages to be on the ball when it comes to price and service. Dispatch is quick. Very happy.

Quality service, professional people
I ordered a PC base unit, slightly customised from a stock model. I received a phone call from the build engineer telling me that the power supply would not be enough to support the components I had specified and offering me options.
When my machine arrived, one component had unfortunately come loose inside, necessitating a return. This was dealt with promptly and professionally and I received another call from the engineer to report his findings before dispatching it back to me.
Very happy with the product and the service.

Fast, efficient and competitive value - Perfect Combo
I needed a replacement m-atx motherboard for an older system and found an Asus board that fitted the bill (and still supports newer tech too) on Ginger6 (not sure if they are anything like the Magnificent Seven).
The price was good when I compared them to other online retailers and much better value than anyone on Ebay. I checked out the feedback and reviews on them and it ticked all the boxes for using a newly discovered retailer. There was a choice of delivery and I opted for a balance of value and speed. Ginger6 sent updates at every stage of the process. I ordered late on Thursday, the board was posted on Friday and much to my surprise and delight arrived safe and sound on Monday. It was well packed and in immaculate condition, something that is not always true of deliveries I have recieved from other well known online retailers. The board was installed and the system tested and all is good again.
I am more than happy with the price i paid and the service I received and I will definitely be using the Magnificent Ginger6 again.

No hassle and no gimmicks.
Very good experience with Ginger6, goods arrived on time and there was no follow-up phone calls from an idiot trying to sell insurance (that I did not want) for the goods. All business was conducted over the internet quickly and easily with no hassle or gimmicks.

The price was right but the service & website wasn't!
The price was incredibly good, the customer service was excellent and the PC itself is awesome. The only service I wish could be changed is the website. (showing what you can and cant customise together)
So do be careful when customising a desktop but they do ring you up if there is a problem and give you a solution there and then.
9/10!

Fast, friendly and helpful
Before I even ordered my custom-built computer from Ginger6 I was impressed, I phoned them with a sales query and they were good enough to talk me out of buying a more expensive spec that would be overkill for my needs in favour of a cheaper system. Having placed my order I was kept up to date with progress at all times, and my computer was built/tested/despatched in 5 working days. As so often happens, the hard drive cable came loose in transit - not a problem. A quick phone call and they were happy to authorise me to open the case and re-attach the cable, problem solved quickly and easily.
I used to use another company for my custom-built computers but they've become unreliable recently (they say they are pc specialists ;) ). I'm pleased to say Ginger6 are an excellent company and I'll happily use them again when ordering for myself and for my business.

Fantasteek! Yet another delivery before the dealine
I've only bought small items from Ginger6, but that's because I am not quite ready to buy big, but when I do, I shall know that I will get great value, and delivered on time, and if there is a problem it will be sorted swiftly.

Customer service 5/5 build quality 3/5
Recieved my new PC today which I spent over £1000. I went directly to the courier depot as it is only about 30mins drive from my house.
After taking it out of the box I was immediately drawn to the the GTX 670 (£320+) hanging out of the PCIe slot dangerously to the point a tug of it would have caused it to drop out of the slot completely probably causing severe damage to the graphics card and motherboard I only noticed this by sheer chance because my PC case comes with a clear side panel.
The graphics was not secure on the back panel either because there were no screws-bolts in place to keep the graphics card from moving which is exactly what they are designed to do so I assume who ever built the PC didn't bother as there were no screws lying inside either.
What would have happened if i had switched the PC on with the graphics card in such a position i don't know but it wouldn't have been good either way.
I had to remove a sticker on the case which said void if removed to get the graphics seated back in place.
Secondly the cables i think could have been managed a lot better there is a cable in particular running between 2 of the memory slots that bothers me.
I have ran multiple diagnostics on the PC to make sure everything is working and in particular keeping an eye on the graphics card and any signs it could be faulty I will send the PC back.
If it wasn't for these complaints it would be a 5/5 on build quality.
Would i buy from Ginger6 again? I honestly couldn't say i would definately be inclined to shop around more before i placed an order again.
Will be giving them a call Monday to voice my concerns because a £300+ graphics card not screwed to the case and not seated correctly is something they need to speak to the engineer about.

Very quick items were ready for collection nextday, There was a fault with the corsair ram but quick phone call to the ginger6 team who then talked me through the whole process and quickly replaced the faulty ram no quibbles, Will definitely use ginger6 again in the near future.

Friendly Fantastic Fast Service - Recommended!
I had a computing crisis when my Power Supply failed. As I rely on my PC for my business I needed a new PSU with next day delivery. I found Ginger6 when doing a web search for Seasonic Fanless PSU. Most e-tailers were showing 20+ but non actually had it in stock. Its very stressful when your PC is down and Leah at Ginger6 was so friendly and helpful in organising a next day delivery. I was kept updated every step of the way and was up and running again within 24h hours. Also hats off to TNT - the couriers used by ginger6 - I was out for the first delivery attempt but they called back again to make sure I got my parcel. My new power supply was installed only 20 hours after I called Ginger6. Fantastic! I'll be back for more.
