Dishonest Company Stay Away
I paid hundreds of pounds for an item back in December 2011. I was told there were problems with the supplier and given excuse after excuse. I was then told they could not get my item from the supplier and they cancelled my order for a refund. Still no refund given after many phone calls, now 6 months later. I have since discovered they are in receivership but are still operating taking orders. I keep being told it will be referred to the manager/owner Antoine Tresse but he is never available to talk to me and they never get back in touch. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM!

Big scammers! Stay away!
Waiting for months for an order that still has not arrived. Won't reply to my contacts for a refund or even an update.

Lamentable !
Il y a quelques temps j'ai acheté une table de massage.
J'ai eu quelque mois après un problème avec la têtière qui s'est cassée.
J'ai contacté le service après-vente qui m'a mené en bateau de manière incroyable
D'abord en me faisant croire qu'ils attendaient de recevoir une têtière neuve pour me l'envoyer, puis après des semaines d'attente, c'était reporté car les entrepôts étaient en déménagement, puis cet article était inaccessible dans ces nouveaux entrepôts...
Puis enfin on avait trouvé mon article et on me l'avait envoyé mais rien vu arrivé... oh mais le colis s'est perdu, on vous en envoie un autre, pour lequel j'ai demandé le N° de colis qui en fait était faux et ne correspondait à rien...
Et finalement on ne répond plus aux mails, au téléphone la personne n'est jamais au courant... Bref ! Fatiguant ! Et en attendant, on bosse et les patients sont mal installés...

EXTREME CAUTION
Do not touch. No goods delivered but charge taken via Paypal - promised refund - none received - no says the company is in receivership - yet site still operating - smelly????
