Excellent service, fast delivery and great value for money.
I ordered a bag of sunflower hearts which arrived promptly the very next day. The prices paid have halved my costs which is great as the birds are eating me out of house and home. Delivery was prompt, the product arrived extremely well packaged and the birds have voted (full feeders).

Excellent value and prompt delivery!
The website was easy to use. I placed the order and received confirmation. The sunflower hearts were delivered in a couple of days. The birds are loving them - goldfinches, greenfinches, great tits, chaffinches, robins, blue tits, pigeons, blackbirds, starlings, occasional long tailed tit. Some on the feeders and others picking up the bits on the ground!

perfect - time and money saving
this was a great way to feed the german shepherds better quality food - as i did not have to go to the store and carry it about - and this dog food is much better for old dogs - less poo too as they retain more nutrients - saves money too. will buy it for them again if the pices stay competitive

Orders 3 boxes of natures diet at 3.30 and they arrived by courier the very next day. The dog food was the cheapest I had found on the web with free delivery, I will be a regular user now I have found gjwtitmuss. There is nothing that could have been better in my opinion.

Great choice and fast delivery.
I like my dogs to eat Skinners dog food, which I purchase approximately monthly. There is a great choice on the Titmuss web site, and delivery is prompt. I think buy 2 bags and get free delivery is an excellent selling point.
If I want to purchase dog accessories, I always look on your web site first, as I find most items are good value.
One quibble! I purchased Skinners dog food recently. I was a little disappointed to find that the product information was not as informative as I have found it in the past, and one of the items purchased had a higher protein content than I would normally choose. This was not apparent from the web site description.

Excellent value and quick delivery
I brought a rug off line after finding this to be the cheapest place to get this particular rug. I was dubious and expected to wait a long time for delivery but was very pleased when it turned up only a few days later. Quick and efficient. Let down by damaged container.
Web site easy to use and with prices that make buying larger quantity affordable. Delivery was quick but unfortunately the container was split. probably dropped by delivery service as not much had been lost, lucky it wasn't liquid. not sure there was adequate information on packaging to show how heavy (15kg) it was.

Super speedy delivery
Whilst searching for a competively price dog food, I came across Gjwtitmuss. After reading about the company, I initially couldn't make my mind up to try it because the price and next day delivery seemed to good to be true... Other websites offer low price dog food but then charge high delivery costs... making it not really a bargain after all!! I assumed wrong... after taking the gamble I thought I'd try it and I was very impressed with the service and next day delivery. I have already told all my "doggie" friends about this brilliant website..

Fuss free - the future of dog food purchase!
I was recommended the "Barking Heads" brand, and GJW Titmuss as the source. Their product choice is vast, the ordering simple and delivery, to my place of work (for my convenience) as promised and speedy (48hrs from ordering)
Both of my Collie bitches took to the change without missing a beat - no trace of concern with the brand change. The ingredient content of this product is the best I have come across.

I have been a customer for over 18months & spent several hundred pounds per year with this supplier.
1. The online & telephone sales systems are good.
2.The delivery drivers really do go the extra mile & carry & place materials well & are extremely helpful even if I haven't been at home when delivery took place. This is the single most important reason for using Titmuss.
3. I find it hard to accept & believe it is unfair that sacks of peanuts can be delivered for free when there is a charge for sacks of sunflour hearts.
Surely any expenditure over a certain ammount would be a fairer method for customers?

Good competetive prices.
I like using this supplier but find the delivery fees with online ordering quirky and therefore just stick to the dog food usually - there is a 'free delivery' offer on the dry dog food we use for our dog. This is great, but if you order anything else at the same time, you then have to pay a delivery charge for the other item, no matter how small it might be, so then the dog food isn't really being delivered free.

Outstanding service on price and delivery
This is the first time I have used you and was drawn in by the lowest price I could find on the internet for James Wellbeloved dog food. My delivery arrived within 24 hours of my order being placed.
The large 15kg bags were advertised as having 30% extra free (subject to availability), the delivery was just for the normal 15kg size but I was delighted to find 2 packs of free dog treats with each bag delivered.
I have already passed your web site to a friend who owns a small holding and I will be using you again.

Great prices, a great product range and excellent reviews. This was my first order. So, ordered 15kg dog food but confused by "up to 48 hour delivery after despatch [being the day after ordering]". Wish delivery terms were a little more informative i.e. order before 2pm and you will receive on..., sort of thing. It came the next day so missed it but City Link and the tracking function was good and redelivered the day after.
Will definitely use again.
