Ordered on a Friday. Monday was a Bank Holiday. Delivery E-Mail gave a link for tracking purposes but could find no tracking reference. E-Mailed them Tuesday to query it and they advise that tracking was not yet available and that goods should arrive Wednesday or Thursday latest. Goods finally arrived 18:00 on FRIDAY! Three days of hanging around and making sure somebody was always in to accept goods. They use Yodel for deliveries which is not good news as they are a very unreliable delivery company. Not sure if I would use Titmus again unless they can sort out a better delivery company!
