I ordered two pairs of glasses, one intermediate and one varifocals. When they arrived neither sat properly on my face as I have one ear higher than the other. The varifocals were not a success. In total I sent them off to you twice with an old pair of varifocals. Despite the very helpful advice I got, I decided after 3 or four weeks had elapsed that I would give up on the varifocal idea and had single vision. A very good job was made on altering the frames to fit my face considering you didn't have me in person. I did get slightly irritated when giving my prescription to the employee as I felt that I was being 'ticked off' for not having a complete prescription and asked to return to the optician. Not sure I would repeat the experience as it took so long to sort out
