Fixed the problem immediately
My order was short-delivered. It didn't cause me any difficulty but I got in touch the same day and the balance of the order arrived the very next day - and I live on the Isle of Harris. A great example of how to turn a slight problem into an example of outstanding customer service.

Fast delivery and great service

Excellent service
This is my first purchace from G,M.C.the product arrived within 36 hours, can't be bad. The best thing is free p&p there are several sites offering the cutter at the same price but only G.M.C. offered it with free p&p.
I would like to add a comment about Trustpilots poor spelling I hate american spelling in English there is an U in fovourite

Needs More Updating
Hi I use Glitter Monster Crafts as a source for my card crafting buisness. I find the products of a respectable standard but i think the website needs to be updated and more products need to be added. I also think there should be more ideas for cards and maybe people could suggest their ideas and then they could be used on the website. I think it is a very good website and i will continue to use it. Thankyou for helping me supply my buisness.

Superfast delivery saved the day!
