Not keeping promises

My computer charger broke, and since I use my Computer every day for studies that was quite a problem! So I found this page called global-egoods which had chargers for a reasonable price.

After ordering I got this confirmation mail: "We have shipped your item by Singapore Post on 2011-09-07, usually it will take about 10- 15 business days for delivery after post, hope you can understand and have a wait."

That mail confused me very much since on their page it said delivery would be about 7 days, and it did not say anything about variation in the delivery time.

I emailed global-egoods to find out what was going on since I got promised to get the charger after about 7 days by the webpage they just replied: "Please do not worry about it, and wait patiently."

This is NOT what I was promised and I would never reccomend anyone to buy anything on this page!
Today it is 15 days since I bought the new charger, it has not been delivered yet, even tho it is 214% of the delivery time (7 days)
