A sensible and much more economical method of foreign money transfer.
I needed to pay a deposit for a private rental of an apartment in Tenerife. The fact it was a direct private was providing me a really good saving as opposed to renting with the Company who owned the complex. My difficulty was paying a deposit in Euro's to the renter. My Building Society (and yes Society supposed to be owned by its shareholders and not a Bank that is there to make profit), a large Society known Nationwide!, wanted to charge me £25.00 for a 200 Euro transfer to a Spanish Bank, AND I had to go to the Branch, paying parking charges etc for the priviledge. I found Globalwebpay on the internet and completed the transaction at the cost of £4.75 ( that is over 80% cheaper than the Building Society) from the comfort of my own home. Sorted. I also know what to do in future without the delay's.
