I had a problem with a payment due to and error in the information provided to me by the company I was trying to pay, as a result the payment failed. I contacted the GlobalWebPay service desk by email and they investigated the problem even contacting the company in the USA to resolve the issue satisfactorily all within a couple of hours. That is EXCEPTIONAL service in my book.
