My initial experience of this company was good, however I had some problems today with a payment I requested.
The 3 day expiry deadline for my payment was 12.21pm today. I therefore 'checked out' the transaction first thing and sent the funds immediately via bank transfer (from Barclays to Barclays so instant transfer). I assumed everything was fine until I received an email at 12.22 saying that my payment quote had now expired. I called globalwebpay to advise that the money was in their account and had been for almost 3 hours. The man I spoke to said that they only check their account twice a day so it must have been missed. I said that that was no problem, as long as the money was sent today in accordance with my order. The gentleman said that the order had expired but I could order again at today's rate. I said that today's rate might not be as favourable and that as they had mishandled my order it was their responsibility to rectify the mistake. Eventually the matter was resolved but I did have to make a new order. Sadly I will think twice about using them again.
