Great when they do what they say they are going to do
I've been using this service for about two years now. When it works, it works brilliantly. When it doesn't, its a bit of a disaster. For possibly the third time this year (I do transactions once or twice a month), my wire transfer hasn't been processed when it should have been. As I use the service to move money between my bank accounts to cover payments, when Global Webpay lets me down, I suffer a big penalty in the form of overdraft fees. I'm not sure I'll continue using them as I need a consistency that they can't offer, however if you don't then 9 out of 10 times they will deliver for you and I suppose that's not too bad, though not good enough for me.

We have investigated your payment which was set up during the afternoon of Thursday 14th Unfortunately our last batch to the USA had already been sent that day and so your payment was added to the batch for the next day, which was sent out as planned on Friday 15th.
We always suggest that you allow up to 3 working days for payments to arrive as some recipient banks are quicker to credit accounts than others. In practice most of our payments arrive next working day and in some cases the same day. We believe your payment arrived ok in your US bank account on Monday 18th which was the second working day.
We did send out our afternoon batch earlier than usual on the 14th. As a result of your feedback we have asked our banking team to send our last batch of the day to the USA as late in the afternoon as they can, whenever possible.
