I could not quite work out how to perform the transfer to New Zealand, but Luke from Customer Service helped me every step of the way; nothing was too much trouble. The exchange rate provided was far better than that quoted by my bank. I also received emails as the transfer status developed further.
I must admit that I was a little worried that things might go wrong, but my fears were totally unfounded.
I would never use my bank again for transfers and I would recommend GlobalWebPay to anyone.

These guys are experts - they were so helpful in making sure my payment was successful, They confirmed the recipient bank details were correct, even calling the US bank to confirm all details. Their fees and rates are so much better than banks....and you can get hold of them! I'd recommend them to anyone.
I was very surprised when I have found out that I cant fund account anymore by cash and Im pushed by You to put my credit card details on internet and make payment this way ... there may by better to do it.For example You can give choice to people fund money by purchase of voucher in shop which they can use for online payment.Every shop doing paypoint or similar services and also there is more shops closer to Your house than banks.. this method is used by mobile phone companies and its working well.
Other issue is in buttons for review ,cancel or delete order... there is missing button to finish checkout directly ..not many people try click on cancel button ... its need to be visible otherwise everybody must contact You and wait or there is choice make new payment and do job twice which is time wasting and Your web space and managing of customers account is not for free I guess isnt?

I am using this service from ages and before the exchange rate they used to give matches the open market rates but now they are getting worst, more over when I use to make transaction they use to email the person who is receiving the money but now I receive both the emails. They send two email one is for me and one is for the receiver but there is something wrong in the system as the sender only receive both emails. So the receiver doesn't even know that he have received funds and I had to call every time to the receiver. When the currency difference change in the open market they update their system after 48 hours and the rates are not good aswell.
Usually money transfer takes up to three days I have experienced full transfer in less than 36 hours. Flat fee makes it very affordable of whether sending £1000's or just £10. Service is simple and straight forward which outperforms major players in money transfer industry in all aspects: fees, timelines, simplicity. Disadvantage: not very known brand and might take time and courage in respect of trust. So far no problems at all and would recommend to anyone who is regularly using money transfers.
I have never tried bank transfers because of the expense but this time had no choich. was about to fork out many pounds to my bank but thought a quick search might offer an alternative and it did Globalebpay. I received confirmation from the recipient today that the money was in his account. I will never send money through the post again with all of the risks attached when there is a super easy to use service like this at a fraction of the cost of using a high street bank. Will most definately use them again and again
Once set up it's easy to send money to Europe and to track past transactions.
Not 5 star though as it can take up to 3 (working) days to actually transfer the money across - 1 day would be a lot better!
I would highly recommend GlobalWebPay to anyone who needs to make fast, easy payments abroad. It's quick and simple to register and set up payees on your account. When I needed to contact customer services they were very quick to respond to my emails and really helpful.

I an very happy with the service I get from global webpay and wouldn´t consider using any other company. It´s an easy way to transfer money from one bank to another especially in another country.
I used GlobalWebPay to pay the deposit for a holiday rental. The website is easy to use and the charge was cheaper than my bank would have been. My payment only took a couple of days to reach the recipient. I would use them again.
