Not happy if you say instant trsnsfers then 3 days is 3 days too long
Initially a little unsure of using a third party to make a payment (rather than my own bank) but it was simple to use and more cost effective.
I've sent money with this company for a few months and I even had my money delivered the next day a couple times. With their flat rate fee there's little need to consider the amount based on the charges. This has become an important tool in my monthly budgets
This is the first time I've used GlobalWebPay and service was excellent. Thank you. Definately will use it again.
I have used GlobalWebPay twicw now & will use them again. At first, I was a little anxious about using this company, but my fears were unfounded. Their customer services - whom I contacted by email - were friendly & reassuring. I also paid less than my bank was going to charge on the transaction & got a better interest rate. Splendid!
I am one happy customer - payments are quickly transferred and so simple to set up.
It`s a great service, easy to use. Very fast. I can only recommend it.
I find Globalwebpay quick and straight forward to use with no hassle and secure.
Having just paid money in euros for our skiing holiday and paid an extortionate amount I wish that I had known about GlobalWebPay then. Found it simple to use and quick too.
I have been using GlobalWebPay for over a year to send funds to Canada after I relocated to the UK. The service has always been exceptional. It is faster, more convenient and cheaper than going though my high street bank.
Recently, I was sending a payment to Sweden, for an internet transaction. The Swedish supplier had incorrectly given my their incorrect bank detail so my transaction, though GlobalWebPay was rejected. The Patrick of the GlobalWebPay support went out of his way to find out the correct bank details even contacting them directly. My payment went though successfully thanks to Patrick and his team.
I cannot fault the service of GlobalWebPay to date, especially as the only problem was due to my bank, the Co-operative, not providing a field for the transaction reference on their on-line banking site. When I phoned to complain, Co-op said I should have made the transaction a Bills Payment, not a Transfer, and then there would have been a field for the reference. What am I - psychic? As far as I knew I was making a transfer. Maybe my bank should have something on the screen in front of me saying 'If you need to quote the recipient's reference, stop now and go to Bills Payments'. Anyway, despite the absence of the reference, GlobalWebPay didn't make a song and dance of it and identified the funds without delay.
I can log on, see prices, click click click and payment made. Soooo simple!
The transaction was completed without a hitch in good time and for very reasonable charge. I would definitely use this method again. No complaints.
I never realised it was possible to transfer money so quickly and easily . makes me wonder what on earth banks are playing at charging so much and taking so
Long. This is a totally brilliant service and the staff are incredibly helpful if you need a name.
Naturally I was deeply dubious about finding a money transfer company on the internet, but my determination not to give NatWest £10 or the Co-Op £20 to send a small amount to Ireland got the better of me. I've used Global twice now - both times the transfer was super-simple to arrange and the money was in the Irish account within one working day, and for a reasonable fee too. Can't ask for more than that - brilliant service.
I sent a small amount of money to my dad in South Africa as a gift. The money was in his account 3 days later and there were absolutely no problems at all. Very safe and reliable and not expensive at all.
Though, you fail to pay the money the 1st time and I do not know why. I am glad now that you were able to pay it. Can you please let me know why the money was not paid before?
I have found Globalweb to be very efficient, I support.my mother in South Africa and I am able to transfer funds directly into her bank account without any of the hassles that one experiences with the main street banks.
...just quick efficient cheap FRIENDLY. UK banks (mine at least; which is SANTANDER....A SPANISH owned bank.)/Royal Mail should be DEEPLY ashamed for charging HUGE amounts to transfer money to a FELLOW EU country. GREEDY.
Sending money cheaper than the bank can offer makes sense and easy to do on line.
Would highly reccomend. Quick easy and convenient service.
This is the 3rd time I have used Glabalwebpay.com to transfer money & each time the transfer has gone through quickly & without any hitches. They will continue to receive my custom.
I really appreciated your service. It is an easy and fast way of making money transfer abroad. I'd recommend it to anyone.
I used to have problems sending money out to France. It was expensive and Time consuming. GlobalWebPay have made it very simple and easy.
I send GBP's back home to SA every month, these guys are the cheapest I have come across and the service is excellent.
I sent money using them twice and I am absolutely satisfied. It takes just a few minutes. Service works fast and proper.
Globalwebpay takes the hassle out of money transfers for very little cost.
I am very satisfied with the service of GlobalWebPay in sending money abroad.
This was the first time I had to make a payment to a foriegn bank. However the process was very simple. During the data entry I made some errors but the system made it clear where the errors were which enabled me to correct the information and gave me confidence that all was entered correctly.
I would highly recommend GlobalWebPay
