Quality advice, great service and superb products
The information on the site is excellent. I ordered an LED Lenser P14 torch which must have been despatched immediately, as it arrived by tracked-Royal mail delivery the next day.
Very impressed - thanks Doc! The free Lockblock you included in my order will be put to the test next week - it was an unexpected and much appreciated gift!

Awesome service, exemplary products
Doc of Glowgadgets is one of those seemingly rare people these days - he has superb knowledge of the products he stocks and offers superb levels of service with that so important personal touch. He only stocks the best products which he believes in personally.
When it comes to buying the best flashlights you shouldn't go anywhere else.
Orders often have a handwritten note from Doc and it's especially nice when he picks up on the fact that he remembers you from previous orders, no matter how infrequent.
What I particularly like is Doc's engagement with his customers, the Glowgadgets TV videos give a great insight into both the knowledge of Doc, but also his sense of humour and fun. He's an engaging person to watch (no doubt this is why his alter-ego, as a comedy hypnotist seems to go down so well with his audiences!). Anyway, no hypnotic effects are required to keep his customers returning, good old-fashioned service guarantees that.

glow glove heaven
After years of glowsticking and using glow poi i have found the ultimate glow gadgets. Not sure how long the batterys last thou. Will definitely use them at the next `Tribe of frog` club night! Will b buying more. Just a shame they`re not cheaper.

Great Customer Serive
This is just the sort of company that I like to deal with, the service was speedy and efficient, customer service was exceptional, they even took the time to call me in order to rectify my issue. Along with this they even offered further on advise relating to other products in the catergory that I'm intersted in which I found very useful. What a breath of fresh air...
What a nice change from 'normal' companies ..!!
I got striaght through to Doc when I phoned, he was polite, honest and no-nonsense.
Gave me good advice and had a good sense of humour which always goes a long way.

Helpful and fantastic products

At last a Human being on the internet.
I ordered a lumens torch from Glowgadgets as I liked the style of the write provided on the website. The torch was out of stock, a prompt email from Doc informed when they were expected and offered to upgraded the delivery type. Before I had the chance to email and say 'no worries' the torch arrived with what appeared to a goody bag of surprises. Tried the torch out this evening and it is still better than anticipated.
I will definitely use Glowgadgets for future purchases, its not often in the cyber world you get the Human touch. Well done Doc "live long and prosper".

Fast efficient delivery

Service over and beyond normal standards
I ordered a firefighters knife from GlowGadgets - there was a short delay in shipping because they were out of stock - I still received in less that a week from order - but I was kept informed and a small gift was included to compensate - what more could anyone ask.
The knife is excellent by the way - I am a professional firefighter and will use it on a daily basis

Great Service and personal touch
Recently purchased a Silverpoint lantern for camping. Was a bit apprehensive as have never used Glowgadgets before. Need not have worried, delivery took only 2 days well packaged, with a free solar keyring torch inside and a hand written not from Doc, thanking me for the order. Would recommend buying from Glowgadgets. Also liked the video reviews of products on the website.

Slik-Stik
The order arrived quickly & everything is working. I have tested it in use & it is comfortable to hold although I did find you have to be wary when shopping as you can accidently switch alarm on.
