Doc gets involved, so I knew what I was dealing with - I ordered the most fabulous clock for my 17 year old daughter - although it sounds as if for a youngster, she enjoys it so much and the amazing complexities of it, even though it's simple to use. I am charmed by it's magic too.
It arrived earlier than expected, so I was very happy, especially with the weather uncertainties.

Brilliant!

The item I ordered arrived within 2 days - far quicker than I expected. Plus, clear billing, and an accompanying handwritten compliments slip which gave a genuinely nice and appropriate message - as I am clearly a cyclist from what I ordered, a message wishing me safe travel is most welcome.

Excellent service, deliver and products

I had cause to ask some advice from Doc and he was very helpful. What is more, I chose to return one of the products after finding that it wasn't quite what I needed and this was handled in a friendly and professional manner. Doc claims that he offers only products that he recommends, and I can only say that I have always been impressed by the products that I have bought from him. (Even the one I sent back was good, it was just not quite what I needed!)

Phoned Doc to get info. on required products - very helpful. Ordered online and they arrived in 2 days and was charged the agreed price - what more do you want? If Glowgadgets can do it, why can't anyone else?

glow glove heaven

After years of glowsticking and using glow poi i have found the ultimate glow gadgets. Not sure how long the batterys last thou. Will definitely use them at the next `Tribe of frog` club night! Will b buying more. Just a shame they`re not cheaper.

Awesome service, exemplary products

Doc of Glowgadgets is one of those seemingly rare people these days - he has superb knowledge of the products he stocks and offers superb levels of service with that so important personal touch. He only stocks the best products which he believes in personally.

When it comes to buying the best flashlights you shouldn't go anywhere else.

Orders often have a handwritten note from Doc and it's especially nice when he picks up on the fact that he remembers you from previous orders, no matter how infrequent.

What I particularly like is Doc's engagement with his customers, the Glowgadgets TV videos give a great insight into both the knowledge of Doc, but also his sense of humour and fun. He's an engaging person to watch (no doubt this is why his alter-ego, as a comedy hypnotist seems to go down so well with his audiences!). Anyway, no hypnotic effects are required to keep his customers returning, good old-fashioned service guarantees that.
