Fantastic service
After researching which as to the best product to buy we selected the miele Hoover , which then gave us the best prices found and this company was the lowest almost £100 lower than amazon !! We did a quick Internet search and found that the company was a small one based in Yorkshire , I like dealing with yorkshire people as they are very genuine, z quick phone call to the company and lots of answers to our questions we purchased our Hoover and it would be delivered 2 days later for free , amazon would have charged del, lots of communication and a service second to none , so glad that we did our homework .
Thankyou for all your help, we would recommend you 110% , wishing you many more years of prosperous trading .

Website looks a little dodgy but service was great
good on product purchases but slow on refunds
Their website is good and the goods and prices offered are competitive. However, it took more than 2 weeks from the time it was agreed that a refund was to be made to the time that it was posted to a Visa account.

Afer cancellation of an order, the paperwork is passed over to our accounts team for processing. All refunds are processed within 30 days, and we confirm all processed refunds by email.

Faultless service from Go-Electrical
I ordered a vacuum cleaner on-line from Go-Electrical on Saturday 15th July and immediately received an email confirming receipt of my order. This was swiftly followed by emails confirming that my order had been completed and confirming when and by which company it would be delivered. The delivery company offered on-line options of choosing delivery to a neighbour, changing the delivery day or accepting the day offered, which was Monday 17th July. It also informed me that on the Monday morning I would be able to view the exact delivery slot (one hour) which had been allocated to my delivery. This was the case and the delivery happened at the time stated. All hugely impressive.

Good seller for great prices and next working day delivery.
Do not be put off that this a high street shop that provides an online service. I have been really impressed wuth the service and good prices. I would definitely check this outlet again when I need to buy other electrical items.

Great product, great service with the best price around!!
This was my first order with Go-Electrical for a Microwave and I have to say the whole process was very quick and easy to order online. The email communication from them was first rate, with order confirmations, copy of invoice, even telling me which hour of the specific day the product would be delivered! Very fast service, top product, lowest price on the internet, I highly recommend this company!!

Ordered Sebo Cleaner at 9.am on Wednesday order acknowledged immediately. They kept me informed of the status of my ordered, when dispatched the courier then informed me it would be delivered between 5pm and 6pm on Monday which it was. Excellent service.

Go electrical excellent delivery service rubbish
Order was processed quickly ordered online. Delivery company let go electrical down by delivering to empty house and putting a£200 radio in the garden of house. Saying that I had signed for it. ( I was in the next county) so not sure how that worked. No card thro door to say where parcel was. Parcel not located for three days. Radio was in working order as weekend was dry. Go electrical good company but would improve by using a better delivery company.

Excellent service, if I could recommend a small improvement it would be to give an approximate indication of when follow on order would be dispatched
Excellent service, good price, clear information and a good tie up with delivery company. The only minor issue was that part of my order had to follow as was not in stock. It would have been nice to have an approximate time scale, but other than that everything else was spot on.

Had never heard of this company but having done a little research I found they had good reviews.......... I totally agree now.
Ordered our Hoover Sunday evening, it arrived Tuesday morning, lots of correspondence informing me of the order status and on the morning I was given an hours slot for the delivery.
Arrived onetime, well packaged and a lot cheaper than the retail 'giants' are selling it for.
I will DEFINITELY use Go Electrical again.
