Had a problem, but was sorted immediately!

Great communication!

I ordered a Nespresso machine and on arrival it was damaged. I called the number and they asked me to email customer support. I attached some pictures and I had a reply almost immediately, that it would be swapped over. The next day I had my replacement!

They also email you in the morning with DPD's 1 hour timeslot, which is great!
