Good product and supplier but carrier was disappointing
We enjoyed a good order process for our vacuum cleaner and delivery was prompt. We did, however, experience problems with DPD the carrier. Before delivery we were advised of anticipated delivery time and asked,by email, to amend the delivery to "leave with neighbour" if we were not in. I did so, and warned the neighbour. I received an email confirming that the delivery had been changed to the neighbour , however when the carrier arrived he went to the house, left a card and disappeared without going to the neighbour. It is impossible to contact DPD by phone to ask that the lorry return so it had to make a second delivery the next day. I sent an online message of complaint to DPD but didn't receive an acknowledgement.
