Annoying Call backs
Annoying call backs and when I did answer the phone it would be put down, Obviously from Automated telesales , more annoying than the worth of it

Useless, a waste of time!
All the best quotes weren't the best quotes as soon as you went to there websit to take out the insurance the cost went up as all the stuff it said you get with your quote was then an extra cost so to get the original price you need to take all the stuff off!!! So in all the original quotes the come up are a lie and they just hope you don't notice the added cost and go ahead with taking out the insurance

Compare -but the price?
The best insurance price for me was £62, but somehow I paid £67. Perhaps I should be more on my guard for the "hidden extras" The site I went to was cleverly designed. Phone numbers were written very very large, but on searching I found a very small tag where I could pay on line. Why??? well if I use the phone they charge an extra £10 because of "the risk they take" - So use go compare but please be on your guard for all the little traps to get you to pay more than the price quoted.
