I ordered the dress in size 4, the same size I'm wearing usually. It fits perfectly! The color is great too! It's called daffodil. On the pictures on the website I wasen't sure about the color, but now in real I'm very happy with it! As I'm not the tallest girl, so the lengh is a bit over knees, but it's still looking great!
Ordered three dresses to try on, none fitted as sizing very small. So needed to return. When I looked at the return label I realized the warehouse for returns is about 3 miles from where I live. The post office had said that the cost to return by registered post would be £9.25 so as I was passing their warehouse I thought I could take it there myself. I found the place easily, went to the reception area, which was derelict with a locked door to another room .I rang the bell, someone answered and said that they could take the returns but would not guarantee that my account would be credited as the warehouse downstairs dealt with the returns. I asked if I or they could give the item to the right department. She said that it was not how they dealt with things and I would have to post it. How ridiculous !!! I was there with my parcel and had to go to the postoffice a mile from the warehouse and waste £9.. Be careful with sizing when ordering from this company and beware of their return policy.
I know that the sale didn't go as well as could be expected, obviously need to find another way of getting the deals out to us the customer.
But i must admit i had a fun afternoon, obviously some people didn't have the time to spare to sit and keep pushing the refresh button, but in my case it paid off in the end!!
Also can't fault the customer service team i dealt with a lady called "Ayla" and she couldn't have been more helpful and will definately use them again!!
these people are geniuses! Celeb copies at cheap money! Was happy to find their site after I'd paid 3x the price in a 'boutique' for their products!!!!
I bought couple of dresses for my girl for Valentines day and Guess what ? she is double happy :-). Thanks to Goddiva. Nice styles and good quality. It arrived on time and I am happy that I made my girl happy.

I looked through the reviews here on Trust Pilot prior to buying a dress with Goddiva and as all the the negative comments just related to unhappy people who missed out on a popular flash sale I went ahead and placed an order.
I bought a dress for my girlfriend for Valetine's day, VERY fast next day delivery service to my place of work - gave it to her yesterday and she absolutely loves it! Would definitely recommend. Thanks Goddiva!
The website crashed during their 3p sale - which is expected considering the amount of web traffic and numerous visitors trying to basket the same item. Unfortunately, this has skewed the feedback of a very good company in my opinion.
My experience is different. I ordered a few dresses from Goddiva on the 29th December and received them today (31st) morning. Despite the recent bad weather and xmas/ new year rush I have found they really do try their best to get items out on time and I received good communication of when my items were despatched and when they would arrive so I could ensure I was home.
The dresses were faultless! I was thrilled as I bought some of them in the sale section - paid only a 1/3 of the price! Really good material, quality and fit. Used their measurement guide to ensure the dresses would fit. Overall very happy and would certainly shop with them again.
I ordered a dress before 2pm, and as promised, it arrived promptly the next day, having recieved both an email and a text with notification of a specific hourly delivery slot.
Delivery was free too!
Fab Service! Will use again!

I received my 3p dress from the promotion Goddiva had a few weeks ago and I am very pleased with it :)
Goddiva was very prepared for the 3p sale however the amount of people who tryed to get a 3p dress on the day was totally unexpected I was so surprised myself as a customer as to how many people were trying to access the website on the day.
Goddiva delt with this unexpected situation very well. There customer service team were excellent they had lots of people calling them as having trouble due to the very high volume of customers trying to purchase a 3p dress but they remained very professional, they were excellent!!
Goddiva certainly done there best to sell as many people as possible a 3p dress and like many many other customers I did receive my 3p dress.
I have much praise for this company.
I have ordered dresses from goddiva and they arrived the next day and exceeded my expectations they were beautiful dresses great quality. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from goddiva again and i reccomend goddiva to all my friends.
Also too add the recent 3p dress sale was certainly not a scam as some disapointed customers seem to think, i actually did manage to get a dress for 3p. it was bound to be a popular sale and bound to be difficult to get one, but it was a genuine promotion, The best sale i have ever seen although the website just wasn't ready for the amount of customers.
I was one of the lucky customers who managed to bag a 3p dress but i also have 4 friends who got through. We are all soooo pleased with our dresses and the excellent customer services. For those people who have rated goddiva.co.uk poorly its just because they are upset they didnt get a bargain. THANKYOU goddiva xxx
yes i did get a 3p dress but i was sat for 2 hours just like everybody else! There is no way goddiva could have done any more to prepare for this and as with any website if you get too much traffic - it crashes. Goddiva kept customers up to date via facebook and i also called them during the sale and recieved amazing customer service. The dresses are fabulous quality and free delivery, it doesnt get much better! Goddiva as a company tried to do a really good thing for their customers and i cant understand why they are getting so much grief for it. I am a customer for life now and have already bought another dress since the sale. keep up the fab work goddiva!!!!!!!!!!
I had never previously purchased anything from Goddiva before, but their 3p dress sale with free P&P seemed like an amazing deal, and it was!!
There was a lot of problems with the website as a lot of customers were trying to get a dress for 3p, so the servers crashed, which is to be expected with bug promotions like this, it really is just down to luck. There were a lot of unhappy customers due to this promotion but I can assure you that Goddiva are a great company from my experience.
Received my dress within a couple of days, and I am so pleased with it. I actually think the quality is very good, the dress feels true to size.
I will definitely be buying from Goddiva in the future!
I am sorry for my previous review which I have removed because after I wrote it Goddiva went ALL OUT to answer customers queries and even gave such PERSONAL service of ringing back customers to keep them informed of the progress of their dress order which they HONOURED if it was in stock ... I really feel now that Goddiva did their best and went all out to rectify the problem within their means and have done such a great job in redeeming themselves and listening to / hearing the customers that I feel valued and appreciated enough to say that because of the way they handled things AFTER things went wrong that they have now GOT A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! :-))
I bought a dress through the 3p sale and am absolutely delighted. The website did crash which was understandable in the circumstances. The customer service at Goddiva was excellent, I managed to get my dress into my basket but could not finish the transaction, I spoke to Goddiva and when the website went live again I finished my purchase. My dress was delivered within 2 days and its gorgeous. Praise certainly goes to Goddiva for dealing with this in a very professional and courteous manner and I would have no qualms in the future ordering from them.
I was one of the lucky people to get a 3p dress. It did take a while of constantly refreshing the webpage but that was to be expected as there was so many people trying at the same time. The dress arrived very quickly and was well packaged. The dress itself was lovely and really good quality. I think people have been too harsh on this company as how many copanies do you see selling dresses for 3p with free postage??? It was a generous offer by the company as they didnt have to do this and unfortunately not everbody was lucky enough. You win some you lose some!! Its like Take That tickets bet not all of you managed to get them last Friday due to system overload?? thanks Goddiva will be back again soon xxx
I managed to get a 3p dress but have still not received it, order says pending approval. There has been no reply to my emails and cannot get through on the telephone. It's a shame as even with all the bad hype, I was willing to stick up for this company, but if it cannot even deliver on next day, or even 3 day's after order delivery then I am unable to continue to look positively on the company.
I brought a dress through the 3p flash sale and although i did have trouble (as expected with such a good sale going on) i am very happy with the response i got from Goddiva. The dress is gorgeous and i would recommend them to others, and i will be shopping with them again plus you also get free postage!! Very happy customer :)
So disappointed with the customer service I felt compelled to make a complaint directly to the company. See extract below.

I am surprised to receive this response from you for the following reasons.
Firstly the high traffic to your website although was an exceptionally naive mistake to make, considering the marketing you afforded your promotion, was essentially not a conscious decision on your part therefore although foolish many can understand why it happened.
However what followed was a serious lack of communication and poor management. It would seem many people wasted an incredible amount of time not knowing what was happening. Rather than rectify this situation you chose to prolong it by extending your sale but offering no assistance to those you requested it. You had ample of opportunity to inform your potential clients of the situation but you chose not too. For those that actually managed to get as far as having a dress in their basket and submitting their order when again the system crashed, decided to contact your office to discuss the matter. Like me, many were told that the order would be honoured if the dress was in your basket. As you very well know I, along with many others had a dress in my basket which remained in there for the rest of the day. This was evident from logging back into to the website later the same day.
What is surprising with this scenario is that your staff, representatives of the Goddiva Ltd and therefore authorised by Goddiva Ltd, advised me to send an email with all the details and if the dress was in the basket the sale would be honoured. The email I received in response to completing your instructions clearly states that you are not going to honour anything. Once again you have wasted my time, misrepresented yourself and your management has made the dishonourable decision in a very unprofessional manner.
I hope you fully understand that it is not the inadequate capability of your website to deal with the high volume of traffic from your 3p sale that you should be held accountable for, but for your actions on how you conducted yourself during the sale period and your conscionable actions after the event.
Please ensure this email reaches the management team as I believe on reflection of the whole event those in authority managed poorly and clearly extensive training is required in order to rebuild the reputation of Goddiva Ltd and deal with the repercussions.
I am disappointed your staff wasted my time and will always remember the underhanded and unprofessional way in which you dealt with my query.

The site was ridiculous, wasn't prepared for at all !
Announcments should have been made and if it was too much to handle it should have been frozen untill it was sorted.
Could not get past checkout so gave up in the end.
It's very sad for those doing it in lunch hours etc ...I'm sure it's the first and last time I use this company
I've spent all afternoon trying to check out from the 3p sale, and needless to say I never managed too. This was not only a very infuriating ordeal, but it was worsened by Goddiva saying the sale went "as anticipated"!
I won't be using this company again, as I feel this was simply an advertising campaign and very limited people got a dress for 3p, compared to the huge advertising they did.
Hit refresh enough times and you could get a dress for 3 p! Why people think they are entitled to dresses for 3 p without a bit of effort baffles me.
If you had spend less time moaning on money saving expert and more time hitting refresh you might have got a couple of dresses like me :P

the 3p sale was an absolute farce- it took me 2 hours to get to the payment stage and each of the 2 times i managed it, it went to an error page when i clicked confirm.
they advertised a 3p dress sale, great I though. HOWEVER, they didnt anticipate how many people would try and log on to their site. The site was constantly down, when people wrote on various forms of social media they didnt have the common decency to respond. Just put out blank messages saying the sale was extended by another hour, or to not go on the site for 5 minutes whilst they fix the problem. VERY poor service. If my company worked like that it wouldnt be about.

Awful service. Very very little communication with its customers. Won't be using EVER.
The 3p sale was a complete shambles. Firstly the link to the sale did not go live at 12:30pm as promised, then there was error message after error message, throughout the process of picking and ordering a dress. I got to PayPal when I was met by a blank screen, and was not able to further my order. I have not received any confirmation of payment either, so my card details are probably floating around somewhere in cyberspace.
The £5 discount (with a minimum order of £20) is just an insult to us customers who spent hours trying to get onto the site.
It is a real shame that this has had to happen as I have previously ordered from Goddiva, and they provided excellent customer service.
I'd say the most annoying thing about this whole incident is that they have still not posted an apology or explanation.
*UPDATE: Discount is now 50% off the next purchase for customers who logged into Goddiva today. Much better.*
Cannot deliver on their promises, I think it is very misleading and I don't think anyone ahould have to be told to keep refreshing a page and wait almost 3 hours with no communication at all from anyone!
Goddiva are a brilliant company, offering amazing and unique fashion at a very affordable price. They constantly offer competitions and promotions where they literally GIVE away their products, and I have been fortunate to be on the receiving end twice. They are what every company SHOULD be!
They may have had a blip with their sale going wrong due to high traffic, but they are fashionistas and dress-makers - not web specialists. It was by no means a con, and I'm sure they will rectify the situation. Don't trust the crazies who have gotten their knickers in a twist and want to cause a revolution due to a lack patience and understanding.
Goddiva are fierce and fabulous and I will continue to give them my business!

I tried to buy an item for 2 hours which I believe wasnt even available, bad website server which cant handle many customers and very very poor customer service. Disgusted.
very bad and a waste of time, they should have expected a high volume of traffic considering the money spent on ad campaigns
THIS COMPANY IS A CON. TOOK LOTS OF PEOPLE CREDIT CARD DEATILS AND NEVER GAVE THEM THE DRESS. CANT CHECKOUT BUT STORED CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

Totally unprepared for the demand in the advertised 3p sale. Made a lot of girls unhappy and will undoubtedly lose a lot of customers over this unless they rectifiy it somehow.
