Never recieved my package

I ordered a shirt for the first time on their website and i waited and waited and waited then i checked the tracking # to see why it was delaying so long it said it was delivered i checked with my neighbors and nothing so i contacted go janes customer service and they filed a claim i had to wait 8 days and nothing then ten days after i chattes with them again and they gave me store credit i wont ever shop here again they wont help you unless you badger them . And you have to be consistent . Atleast im glad i recieved store credit but i still wanted what i had ordered :(

AWESOME site

I've shopped with GoJane.com several times and it has always been a great experience! The items are trendy and super cute, and they've got excellent customer service. I've had to return items twice and there was never a problem, I got an email as soon as they received the item and a refund within a day or so after. I will continue shopping here, they're awesome not to mention they always send out nice coupons and discount codes! The only thing is everything is so super cute and gets sold out quick! But they always restock so its not a big issue! The best site I've come across and I'd recommend it to anyone!

great price for good items.

i was very skeptical when placing the order that the clothes would be very bad quality because of the price, but i was pleasantly surprised. I love my boots and jacket. Very happy.

Good product but SLOW shipping

It took over 2 weeks for me to get my package. Shipping was expensive. If you want free shipping you have to spend over $60 i don't like that. I needed a pair of new heels for a birthday party and the shipping was almost as much as the heel. Also i when i called i was told my package is on the way there is nothing we can do. Only reason i gave a second star was they have cute styles

nice items but slow shipping

I wish the shipping was better becouse i love there style... It took 2 weeksto get my package,2 days after my wife needed the shoes for a wedding....Everthing else was good very nice customer service but it didnt get me my stuff any faster. Not sure if i will order again. Well i will but not if i am in a hurry.

Never got my order

I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still have not got my order? Can someone please contact me i have tried calling several times.

Fantastic.

I've been shopping with gojane.com for years to get my shoes. These shoes actually are of good quality for the price they charge for them. I've seen some of their shoes on other websites such as amiclubwear.com and other websites, but those websites charge more and have horrible customer service.

Gojane.com has sent my packages on TIME and never sent me a notification of an Out of Stock package. They let you know right away before even the purchase of something is unavailible.

They update daily with new clothes, shoes, and accessories, so I really do support them in their sales.

Trendy items, great price

I just recently made a purchase at gojane. I have been looking around for a pair of pumps from a few months ago. I gave up on looking and I don't know exactly how I stumbled upon gojane but I did and they carried the very shoes I was looking for in my size, yay! so I ordered straight away.

The order processing time was a bit slow for me but the item arrived via USPS which I prefer rather than UPS which in my opinion takes a lot longer.

Their shipping charges are very reasonable compared to other sites out there for a pair of shoes. What's great also is that they have percentage coupons you can use for every order.

Will definitely shop here again.

I have ordered from GoJane over 5 times and have been very pleased every time! Their shoes are fantastic. I did break the heal off of a boot from their site but have worn them frequently for well over a year in freezing & snowing South Dakota. They are great for cheap trendy items. Don't expect them to last 10 years because get what you pay for.

I also love the free shipping for over $50 b/c I can always find another cute pair of shoes there!
