Lies, lies & more lies !!!! They say they'll ring you back ! They don't ! They say they've ordered !!! They haven't !!! That tells the story
31st may ordered a putter with 2/3 day delivery expectancy. days passed no delivery having to staying in during the day so someone was available to take the package. Made phone calls but are seemingly so busy as they rarely pick up the phone. Emailed them just over a week later on a Saturday, they wrote back saying they'd get back to me Monday morning, which they didn't.. I had to chase. They said they'd call back half hour late, which of course they didn't. A day after they email me saying they refunded my money and having problems with the courier, load of rubbish. I've waited 10 days to be told they basically can't deliver. Customer service at this place is a disgrace
Ordered a Garmin G6 (on 7 May) which they said would arrive in 3 days. Numerous emails and phone calls. Stories about the Courier having 'lost' the unit (but refusal to name the courier company!). They NEVER returned a call as promised, I had to do all the chasing. Finally, a golf GPS finally turned up on 23 May. THE WRONG ONE!! I sent it back and asked for what I ordered. They promised it within 2 days. A week later and still nothing and they are now not even replying to emails. I am now (5 June) contacting my Credit Card company to get my money back.
I note other reviews have the same story with claims of 'lost goods' by courier companies. The number of times that's supposed to have happened, it sounds nonsense.
I'd give them no stars if i could.
I ordered my full set of clubs as the price was good and a free trolley was included. The delivery was supposed to be 2-3 working days, so after 4 days I e-mailed asking when they would be delivered. I received no response at all. After 7 days I was going to ring up but the clubs arrived that morning. The only thing is it wasn't the set I had ordered although they were a more expensive set and I did get my free trolley. I am keeping the clubs to save hassle but could not recommend this company for their poor customer service. Would not use them again.
I did not receive my order of titleist 913fd 5wood they never returned my e-mails. After 17days without my club I am having to claim from my credit card who tell me they are aware of this company.

I ordered my clubs (Cobra S3 Max Irons) and with discount was a huge bargain at £161. After the 3 days (std delivery) I still didn't have the clubs.
I read some negative reviews on here and admit I was very concerned, however I called the following day, got promised a call or e-mail, which I then did get.
I then got a second one saying chased up courier, and clubs would be with me the following day. Tomorrow came and was a terrible day (snow) and knowing the clubs needed to cross the Pennines I held no hope at all.
However the clubs did indeed come despite this, were IMMACULATE condition, well packaged, frankly I am chuffed with the clubs, which are outstanding value for a high handicapper like me.
OK wasn't a perfect experience, but hardly the worst - very very pleased.

Never knew much about the company and when I found a Motocaddy Hybrid bag with £40 off the rrp and a further £9 with sale discount... I thought there had to be a catch. Bag came today (Monday) after only
Ordering on Friday. Bag is the real deal and I am very happy.

Bought off a few golf companies in the past, for the last year I have been using Golf247. Who have stood out from all the rest.

I purchased a Stuburt rain jacket that unfortunately developed a fault. Sent a picture of the fault to golf247 and within a few hours they got back to me stating that if I returned it then they would send out a brand new one asap. Now that's customer service. Thank you!
I ordered an MD Norman Drew lob wedge 60degree for£43. When checking out was offered a 12% discount which took the price down to less than £37! Proper bargain price. When the club arrived it was the more expensive version, which was £53 online but retails elsewhere for £72!!! Played 2 rounds with it and the spin is awesome. Great club, greater website. Spot on.
Ordered an Adidas 2.0 Clutch Stand Golf Bag. Chose this company because it offered the best price. All emails and texts of confirmation and despatch were accurate and left me with no concern. They gave me a 3 day option for delivery which was good and then delivered within the 1 hour window on the day requested. The Golf Bag was in excellent condition. I cannot comment on any returns issue as I had no problems. Based on my first purchase, I would consider this company for future purchases.

I do not often write reviews, we the internet purchasers of golf goods do so because we want the best price product at the lowest cost. We expect our goods within a few days and that is how it usually goes..
From time to time the provider gets it wrong and in my case 247Golf sent the right club but the shaft was wrong it should have been a PingG20 tour regular stiff not the PingG20 regular shafted club.
We all make mistakes from time to time but it is how we resolve the mistake that counts. In 247Golf's case I can say this they resolved the issue within a week i received a complimentary PingG20 towel for my inconvienece and bottom line i got the club with a disount during Ryder club at £120 when American Golf at my local store had quoted £199. Bottom line it was worth the wait. Robert and James maintained contact with me both on the online facility on their website and by email up until i received my club.
"Sometimes it pays to have a little patience"...
Give companies a chance to resolve issues amicably and they will as the case has proved with my order.
I Will certainly return to 247Golf when considering future purchases if the price is right and that is the bottom line..cost!
We golfers do like to save money on our equipment.. and the wait for my club has been well worth it in my opinion.

I was really worried about ordering from this site because u never know if its a fake website but I was really pleased I ordered Monday and the golf clubs came on Tuesday morning not only were they brilliant value they service was second to none will order from again
I ordered a Clicgear 3.0 from Golf247 after having a few problems with another company claiming 1-4 days delivery.
I spoke with Stuart asking him if he had the cart in stock and if he would be able to get it to me within 2 days. He did better than that and had it to me in under 24 hours. The cart arrived before 9 this morning after a text giving me a delivery window. I also recieved a text with a link to the tracking information which allowed me to track the parcel all the way.
On top of all of this good service I got a 12% discount on the cart thanks to the European Lads robbing the Yanks in their own back yard. Classic!!!!
Faith restored in online golf companies and will now be using Golf247 as my go to online golf retailer.
My biggest concern buying golf clubs on the web is whether they are authentic or not.
I want the best price for kit but not at the expense of being ripped off with sub-standard gear. I went with golf247 for the price (which was fantastic, 10+% cheaper than anywhere else plus I got some free golf balls) and the fact that I was able to verify that the trading company Titus Uk Ltd is one of TaylorMade's official retailers.
The delivery went perfectly. I see others have had issues with this and despite the fact that you don't get the package details to track delivery, the club arrived in 2 days - so I had no problems with that.
When the club arrived I did what I always do which is to validate it against the official TaylorMade photos. I noticed some differences and started to get worried that it was in fact a fake. I contacted golf247 with my concerns and they replied back quickly allaying my fears and giving me a contact number for TaylorMade.
I contacted TM and they verified their relationship with the company (as an official retailer) but also that the serial number of the club was an official UK club and was sent to them in August this year. The differences were explained as design changes to club after it was released.
I felt bad for doubting golf247 and felt the need to log my satisfaction through trustpilot. I genuinely now wonder why I would need to go anywhere else for my kit and have every intention of using them again in the future.
I placed my order on August 23rd
I requested shoes wide fit which they confirmed.
Items were shown as in stock.
Friday passed then Monday order shown as still in process.
Monday I sent the first email no reply. Tuesday I sent a reminder while I was waiting an email reply from them I contacted Stuart online who replied that items left on Friday 24th (after checking their system) and should be with me before the weekend.
Few hours later at 21:00 Charlie replied via email that they are still waiting for the shoes to arrive. ??? I sent a new email asking them to clarify the situation. As you could guess no reply received.
I called them and ask for clarification and a written answer long story short the person on the phone said something about a human mistake and that he had no problem to cancel the order and return the money.
Finally on Thursday 30th a dispatch notification received.
I tried to trace the cargo but unfortunately DPD did not advertise their local dealers (Europe) so I had to wait until Friday 7th . The package arrived (15 days after payment) without shoes inside and advertised free balls & towel.
The same date I sent them a new email asking to advice asap when missing items will arrive. Guessed already? No reply. I resent it today and until now no reply.
Their customer care is by far bellow any trade standards.
They advertise items in stock but it took them a week to send half of the parts and they do not reply when the rest of the items will arrive.
Yes their prices compare to other shops are competitive and tempting but the fact that their customer care sucks and 2 weeks later have not shipped the items (without notification or any delivery estimation) I does not worth it.
Finally on September 20th missing items arrived except shoes color is not the one that i have ordered.
I purchased a set of premium irons for my golf mad impatient husband from golf247, a lot cheaper than other web sites, delivered the next day and for free, much to the delight of my other half. I can highly recommend this company to anyone wanting quality products and quick delivery and first class service.
Ordered a stand bag on Wednesday night, 2-3 working day delivery. Nothing arrived by the Monday so I called, was advised bag sent to courier that day and would be here Tues/Wed at the latest. Still nothing on Wed, so I called again, was told they would find out what was happening and call back in 5 mins. No call back. Called again, they advised problem with courier, couldn't locate the bag. Offered a choice of a refund (money back in 48 hrs) or they would get the bag here by today (Friday) with compensation for the wait. Bag arrived, goods as described, no sign of compensation.
I have used Golf247 before and received the product on time, so I appreciate that this might have been a one-off, but in future I would be reluctant to order larger items through this company.
* In response to comment: I previously ordered a £20 trolley for my son. It arrived as described and in time. I did not review Golf247 because at the time I didn't know about Trustpilot.
Initially I was extremely disappointed with this site as my first experience hasn't been a smooth one.
I ordered a golf set for what is undoubtedly the best price online and it came with a free trolley so it was an excellent deal.
Unfortunately the contact from the company isn't up to my usual expectations (will explain this later on) as I didn't receive any further emails with dispatch notifications or tracking numbers. The 3 working day window for delivery came but still no goods or contact. After ringing to find out what was happening I didn't feel confident that the clubs were even on their way. This fuelled my skepticism as other people have had issues with delivery before.
After my 3rd call I did find out that they indeed hadn't been sent and I was promised next day delivery or a refund. I accept that sometimes things don't go right everytime so I opted for a replacement.
They arrived as said with an excellent quality free trolley although the goods were different to which I had ordered (steel shafts, not graphite). I called again and explained to which I was told to 'just use them and I'll send a courier out to exchange Tuesday morning'. You can't argue at that.
After opening the box it seemed someone had actually manually swapped the irons for the correct ones although had missed out the sand wedge.
I am now contacting to try and make sure only the missing club is changed.
Without a doubt the best prices, and after initial hiccups I feel happy and satisfied that they really are trying to remedy my initial issues. It seems their logistics are handled externally which seems bonkers to me as they don't often receive tracking references until after the deliveries are made. This seems like a massive reason why 90% of people's complaints are regarding delivery or incorrect items. I'm sure that if this was changed their customer satisfaction rate would increase ten fold.
Hopefully by Tuesday I have all the pieces I ordered and I can get on with learning golf.
I know sometimes things go wrong but I feel confident in how my situation is eventually being fixed and would use the site again.
I phoned Golf247 for a new set of clubs, i was advised they had stocks, and told there was a free trolley with my order and 12% off if purchased online because of their offer! Wow so a free trolley and discount, can't ask for much more!! They were delivered a few days later as stated and good comms when i made inquiries. Very pleased with the products and the service i received from Golf247, would recommend and will use again! Thankyou to all at Golf247

I had searched for a good deal on a new set of clubs and came across Golf247 selling the clubs I wanted (Cobra S2) for a great price. I ordered them and as they said delivery was 2-3 days expected just that. On day 4, I phoned them up and was told that the clubs were somewhere in transit but no-one could tell me where but someone would get back to me! Alarm bells rang especially as I had later read some bad feedback ref this company so I contacted them again after an hour to see if they were able to locate the clubs and give me a delivery date. I was offered a set of more expensive Cobra S3 and next day delivery was promised. Despite my sceptisism (bad speeling!) they arrived the next day and I am very pleased with them. Shakey start but Golf 247 came good in the end with a great deal.
