Tres mauvais site de vente, beaucoup d'erreur de livraison, impossible à joindre en cas de problème, beaucoup de référence en vente mais pas en stock ou plus disponible, remplace les produits non dispo pars d'autres sans demander l'avis de l'acheteur, à éviter ...

I bought golf shoes for my son & found that Golfbuyitonline had a great selection at competitive prices. I was kept informed about the delivery stauts of my order, which arrived in 2-3 days as promised. I will definately use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.
I ordered two Callaway Tour Authentic Gloves on Thursday 7th February, having called them beforehand to ensure said gloves were in stock. Later that day, I received an email notification saying they had been dispatched.
It is now the 19th of February, and still nothing has arrived. I have called their "customer services" department a couple of times, and have been given the brush off on each occasion, saying that they will not do anything until at least 15 working days has passed. If they are going to quote a delivery period of 2-4 working days, then they should be prepared to take action from the 5th working day.
It is a shame, as I have used them a few times before, and despite encountering fairly pedestrian delivery times, it has never been as bad as this, and I have always at least received my goods eventually. A very poor show.
Update... The 15 days passed, still no gloves, but the refund was actioned promptly, and my money has been returned. As a result, my initial 1 star rating has been increased to 4.
Don't get me wrong, this is a great site, and I have used them in the past without issue, but I found the lack of initial concern on their part when I first contacted them about my missing items rather disappointing.
I have ordered golf bag, trolley and golf club for my wife. It tooks 4 weeks to get my order. they have No golf bag stock so I changed color. Trolley has broken during delivery. Golf club has scratched. Really terrible Online shop in UK. Terrible!!
Ordered 2 Cleveland wedges, both labelled as in stock on the website when I ordered. Received the first one within 2 days, great. The second one not arrived yet and the only notice I received was a written note on the delivery note to expect it in 2/3 days. A subsequent email to customer services and despite the prompt response was bad news, apparently could be "a week or so". Why label it as in stock then??
They need to sort out they're stock control and be upfront on delivery times.
I have used Golfbuyitonline now for 4 items 2 of which were custom shafts. Both arrived within 3 days of order. The delivery service they use DPD are also excellent. An email is sent confirming a one hour slot for the delivery which ensures you are at home when your goodies arrive.
Will use again.
I have been buying a LOT from Golfbuyitonline recently, all deliveries have been on time and everything I have ordered has been in stock 100% (unlike some other companies who say 'in stock' then fail to deliver). Highly recommended.
I ordered a "split" set of custom fitted 712MB and CB Titleist clubs plus a driver from them and had to ask how to do this as you can't split a set in the webshop the answers to my e-mails were fast and solved the issue so I could order online (via a Voucher).
The delivery was almost to fast to be true it took 2 days to get the order shipped and that is including build time!
The clubs arrived in Sweden after 9 days and it would have been faster if the Swedish Postal service hadn't lost the parcels for 2 days.
I might be just lucky but I will surely use this site for my next golf purchase.
Ordered a set of clubs for my son's birthday. Site advises "In stock - 3 to 5 day delivery". Ordered on the Fri, received email on the Tues morning to say clubs held in remote storage & would be 6 working days. Called and was told that "in stock" info on site was incorrect, they would see what they could do. I'd heard nothing by Monday so called again & spoke with a manager who advised problems with Cleveland Golf rep. Received an email from couriers on Wed said they'd attempted to deliver clubs but nobody was in (not true). No phone number to query with couriers. Called sellers again who arranged for the clubs to be delivered again later that day. Although customer service reps were friendly and sympathetic, the price was competitive, & the product was as described, I feel that by claiming a product is "in stock" when it isn't and not giving realistic delivery timescales, is not fair on customers (product was still showing "in stock" for the 13 days from when I'd ordered it). Explanation that the site is so big and impossible to keep updated is not acceptable. If I ever use this company again, I will check beforehand to make sure the product really is in stock.
OVER THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER WITH THIS SUPPLIER AND THE GOODS ARE OF HIGH QUALITY BUT I HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DELIVERY TIMES THEY ALWAYS LIST THE GOODS AS IN STOCK HOWEVER SEVERAL ORDERS RECENTLY HAVE BEEN OUT OF STOCK AND THE WAITING TIMES ARE BECOMING LONGER I RECENTLY ORDERED THREE ITEMS MONDAY 18 JUNE NOW 25 JUNE AND NO DELIVERY NOTICE AS YET THE DEBIT TO MY BANK WAS TAKEN ON THE 19 JUNE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT MUCH HELP WHEN I PHONED WILL BE PUTTING MY CUSTOM ELSEWHERE IN FUTURE SORRY!
Have dealt with this company several times and always been satisfied with prices and service, Cannot understand the people who have not been satisfied, I would say try it again, you must just have been unlucky! Very competitive prices and speedy delivery. Thank you Golfbuyitonline, I will be back!
The order I placed turned out to be out of stock in my size. I had an email telling me of this but they also called, let me mail them back with an alternative, kept me fully up to date with what was going on and the shorts should arrive in the next few days- just as it gets cold and wet again! Service is what makes you want to go back to a website, I'll do just that.
I had a very specific custom order and was very happy to see everything arrive EXACTLY as ordered. They goods were available earlier than expected and the couriers said they would turn up at 10:30 and arrived at 10:30. Excellent, highly recommended.
I had a custom fitting at Callaway Centre and Golfbuyitonline was the only site to offer extensive options to suit all my requirements. Also great value with the offer of a free club or golfbag. Delivery was quoted as 7-10 working days but came in just 5! Brilliant communications via email to keep me informed. I will make this my site of choice for all future purchases.
After 2 years and 1200 Euro spent on this site, I can say without doubts that is one of the best site to buy golf stuff, especially if you need custom fit clubs.
Their delivery were always punctual, sometimes even early.
For me is an easy 5 stars.
A good website to have good prices but every products are not available even if they are not indicated out of stock (bad experience in 2012 but no more in 2013). So If you are ready to wait a little no problem but if not go elsewhere...
A first experience in 2012 with 5 * but two later orders in 2012 with more difficulties, two recent orders in 2013 with fast delivery despite club with fitting so an average with 4 *.

I cannot argue that Golfbuyitonline has good products and prices. However the service was absolutely terrible. It took me one month to get my putter delivered and I had to cancel the shirt for the putter to arrive. All was on stock when I put the order. Then nothing happened and after a couple of days the shirt was out of stock. Still no information until I sent an email to ask what was happening. Then it was going to take 1-2 days for the shirt to arrive. Still nothing happened and after about 2 weeks I had to call them to check on my order. At this point they cancelled the shirt and sent my putter. Why couldn't they have contacted me straight away and informed me what was happening and we could have sorted it all out quickly?
I guess when they really have the goods on stock their service is good. For me the service was bad.
Bought some special edition golf shoes. Ordered Thursday, delivered Monday. I had a few emails, each one an update on the order. They emailed me the delivery day & time. The time slot was 1 hour, 13:20 - 14:20 and they arrived at 14:00!! Awesome service and I received a 5% off voucher code the day after the shoes came for my next purchase. This is the best golf supplier I have found online. I had an issue buying shoes from another online retailer who charged me postage to return badly fitting shoes. Golfbuyitonline advised me when ordering that this make of shoes were small fitting, suggested I take a full size bigger than normal and gave me a Freepost address to return them if not suitable. In addition their price was £10 cheaper and the shoes arrived the next day. Could not be better and I will obviously use them in the future.
I'm not comfortable giving my card information online, so I chose their posted offer to call me for my card details. The call finally came 3.5 hours later, where I told them they were too late, I had sourced the products elsewhere.
The person calling said, "okay" and hung up. So I find it rather funny that they've now sent me a request to review them, when in fact the transaction was never completed.
They might be wise to review their not so timely follow-up and feedback procedures.
Had to phone up to place order due to Ping imposed constraints on internet shopping. Call was answered quickly and stock was double checked. Order tracking process kept me informed through to delivery of goods which included an estimated delivery window of an hour.
