Bought a pair of trousers and I ordered the wrong size, my own fault, sent them back on Monday asking to get the next size and the new ones arrived on Thursday no problems great service and great range too! Good crowd to deal with!

Fast service, but sizing tricky.
Ordered a pair of men's Ping trousers which were well priced and arrived quite quickly. However, my husband's normal inside leg measurement of 29 was massively long on these trousers and we have had to take them up by a good 4".

Superb service and excellent product
Ordered Ping windshirt in XL, which is usually my size, however when it arrived the following day and I tried it on, I found that it was slightly too small. Returning it and getting it exchanged for a larger size was no problem at all and again it was delivered quickly. I'll definitely use GolfGarb again.

fast delievery good quality
Delighted to recieve my ping trousers so quick. The trousers are perfect fit but I was unhappy to find a stain on the waist band were it had been handled with a dirty hand also one off the legs had two pleats ironed into it. Im going to have it dry cleaned and ironed because I need them for a spanish trip in a couple off days otherwise I would have returned them. I think more attention to your quality control wouldnt hurt....
