Just about the best experience I've had on the internet purchasing anything. The reason for this is that there was a little bit of a mixup but after I contacted Golfonline they dealt with the issue very quickly and sorted the problem out. I will be purchasing all of my golf stuff on line now at the site. Bravo!

Extremely helpful staff but delivery waiting time not fully explained.
I ordered 4 boxes of Titleist balls, taking advantage of the free engraving service. In addition to this I purchased a glove and a pitch-mark repairer.
After the 10 working day delivery time had come and gone, I contacted you and spoke with a very courteous member of staff, who explained that it would take 4 weeks.
2 weeks later I was then contact by the courier company who informed me that I would receive me order on a Friday, As instructed I made arrangements to stay in to sign for the delivery. I was pleased that they were arriving on the Friday evening as I was going away on a golfing weekend with friends. The order didn't arrive until the following Tuesday meaning that I had to buy more golf balls and a glove from a local supplier. Very inconvenient as I had just paid £130 on equipment from you.
Your staff are very professional but I don't expect to have to buy extra equipment due to a cock up with the order and the courier service.

Thank you for taking time to review our service, and we appreciate the kind feedback you have expressed for our customer service staff. Concerning the balls, we had explained on our website that there would be a 4 week lead time for these balls, due to the deal being put in place by Titleist. This was clearly outlined in the product description and description of the deal on our web page. Nonetheless, we were happy to help and explain in full the details concerning the deal when you phoned our customer service, and we are happy that the information you received was helpful.
As for the point outlined about the couriers, we have found with the couriers we have sent the product out on are 95% effective on delivering the goods on time. Although there is a possibility of delay, this is a 3rd party company working outside of GolfOnline, and we put our trust that they will deliver on time. Unfortunately, in your case, there was a delay and we can understand your frustration. We send out all our parcel with tracking information, if you could have found any issue with the tracking of the couriers and got in contact with us, we would have chased your order with the couriers to try and get it delivered on time.
Again, our deepest apologies for the issue you have found when ordering from us. We hope that the issue you have found with our 3rd party couriers does not put you off ordering with us again.
