I ordered 4 boxes of Titleist balls, taking advantage of the free engraving service. In addition to this I purchased a glove and a pitch-mark repairer.
After the 10 working day delivery time had come and gone, I contacted you and spoke with a very courteous member of staff, who explained that it would take 4 weeks.
2 weeks later I was then contact by the courier company who informed me that I would receive me order on a Friday, As instructed I made arrangements to stay in to sign for the delivery. I was pleased that they were arriving on the Friday evening as I was going away on a golfing weekend with friends. The order didn't arrive until the following Tuesday meaning that I had to buy more golf balls and a glove from a local supplier. Very inconvenient as I had just paid £130 on equipment from you.
Your staff are very professional but I don't expect to have to buy extra equipment due to a cock up with the order and the courier service.
