I bought a callaway waterproof stand bag that became faulty during my second game. I contacted the golf online team who were extremely helpful. I managed to purchase another bag from them which was delivered and the faulty bag collected. Once the faulty bag arrived at their office I received a refund. I was able to communicate with the team by e-mail and all of the arrangements happened as promised. Very good service.
