Great Value
Been looking to get a certain golf bag but had been put off by the price others were asking for it ...found it on Golf Supports £40 cheaper than elsewhere !!! ..great service and fully tracked delivery even down to receiving a text on morning of the due delivery date with a 1 hour delivery time slot given (and that was adhered to)..will definitely use again !!

Good & Not so Good!

The service I received from Golfsupport was first class and the staff I dealt with were very helpful indeed.
The problem I had was with the courier that brought my new, expensive clubs to the house. They came in a damaged and very battered looking box which was open at one end. I ordered 12 new golf balls with my clubs and only 6 of these were there (they were in individual 3 ball boxes so 2 must have been lost during transit) and the driver really did not care less.
I would buy again from Golfsupport but they need to properly vet their couriers as the one delivering mine was no more than an old white transit which reflected the service I received.

Best price on the internet and excellent service
Golfsupport.co.uk had the lowest price on the internet for the golf set I was looking for and in addition they provided excellent customer service:- I received an e-mail to inform me when they were expecting the item to be delivered to their warehouse. Once it had arrived there, I received a further email confirming the date and time (1 hour slot) for delivery - no having to wait around all day for the package!

Excellent service
GolfSupport offers excellent prices and a great service.
There was some trouble getting a package delivered to me, and they contacted me right away by email before I even was aware that there might be a delay in the delivery.
As it turned out there were no trouble at all. Just a different delivery procedure than normal, and my package was delievred well within the promissed 5 working days.

Fantastic
They didn't have a lot of stock in the shop but the person who ordered my golf shoes was very helpful and they arrived within a week !Plus they keep you updated with emails . Will be ordering more gear very soon !

Better than I expected!!!
Really good customer service. Fast delivery and report CustomFit clubs. In the future, I do not buy clubs from the rest. CustomFit a first class service. Finally, the most important cheapest prices in europe.

Vat refund procedure
Speedy delivery of my order was most welcome........the cumbersome approach to refunding VAT for Guernsey residents is not. If you can improve this procedure so that is efficient and quick then my ranking of your service would have been 5 stars.
As things stand I am hesitant to repeat the experience as I am able to shop more efficiently elsewhere.

Excellent service.
Ordered footjoy ladies shoes. Received e mail to tell me they were expecting delivery to their warehouse on the Monday. True to their word they e mailed me on the Monday to say they were being despatched the following day and I would be able to track my parcel being sent by DPD. I received a further e mail on the Tuesday to say my parcel had been sent and would be delivered between 10.06am and 11.06am on the Wednesday. At 10.20am on the Wed my parcel was delivered. Excellent!!

Patient buyer
I ordered a pair of Stromberg golf trousers on the 28th April as a birthday present for the 5th May, i was told there would be a 4 to 5 day delivery period which was no problem, unfortunately they arrived on the 9th May. Stil purchased the trousers as they were just as advertised, they look good, fit good, feel good and for the price by golly they are good.

Fast delivery to France - Good prices
3 titleist cap ordered a saturday envening - sent the next monday and received thursday in France. Good prices compare the other providers but delivery costs to France a little too expensive for small goods.
Something disappointing : I tried to complete my order with another goods (to optimise the delivery costs) - so I wrote to the sales email adress but no answer... It's not the first time that I wrote to this adress without any answer...

Excellent Golf Supplier!!
First time purchase from Golf Support but would definately buy again. Excellent on line service great communication and very quick delivery with competitive prices. Offer a unique service amongst the golf suppliers on line in that if after a purchase some one points out to you that you could have purchased elsewhere and that is proven correct they will re-imburse the difference. Will now use this company as my "first look" option when for new golf gear.
