I'm really enjoying Zumba classes at Go Mammoth. The staff seem really friendly and the instructor is great. I was worried about going on my own, but it seems like a really welcoming atmosphere. It's fun to get a glimpse of the other sports going on too- I'm intending to sign up for Volleyball with Go Mammoth next.

Great place to have fun and meet new people!

The managers and umpires are so friendly, even if you don't know the game they are MORE then happy to explain all the rules and give you little tips. The Parsons Green comp is outstanding, I'm not the best but I look forward to it every Monday!

Phenomenal Sports & Social Company in London!

I moved to the UK about two years ago from the states. I didn't realise when I moved how big a part Go Mammoth would play in my life -- It's been a great vehicle for making friends, getting to know some new sports (touch rugby) and some familiar ones (softball). We had such a good time in my first go mammoth season that the core group (2 teams worth!) plays together year round in a few sports!

Parsons Green Mixed Netball League - Mondays

I joined up to the mixed netball league as a laugh and opportunity to hang out with some old friends from uni. In truth, I wasn't really expecting to enjoy it as much as I do but I absolutely love it. It's well organised, competitive but also an opportunity to have a great laugh. Rose and the other umpires are welcoming and also offer a lot of advice to all the teams on where they can improve. If you're ever looking to take up a team sport or try something new then this is the perfect environment for it.

I joined the netball league not knowing anyone else and without having played in about 5 years. It could have been a total recipe for disaster. As it turned out, I met lots of really nice people and found that I could just about remember the rules! Now I enjoy going just as much to see my team mates as to play the game itself. At first we were a group of strangers, a few weeks later we have bonded to become a group of great friends that just happen to play netball together! Who knew you could have so much fun on a Monday evening?! I absolutely recommend Go Mammoth to anyone who wants to meet fun, sporty, interesting people whilst also enjoying a competitive but leisurely game.

Good honest fun

Go mammoth has a great friendly and supportive atmosphere, with referees that are fair and encouraging. I started off playing for the mixed netball league at parsons green for the winter season, as an individual. Since this season my team signed up for the spring league together, we meet regularly outside of the game and get along really well. Every team we have played against has had really good sportsmanship and everyone is there to enjoy themselves.

Netball

Go Mammoth Netball is really excellent, the people are friendly, the atmosphere is really relaxed and the standard is challenging but accessible to beginners too. Would definitely recommend to people, and it's great catching up with old friends and making new ones too.

The best thing I've done since moving to London!

I joined Go Mammoth touch rugby with a couple of friends last October and we are hooked! We were put in a team with other "individuals" and got on well from the first week. I have made some great friends and the games are a lot of fun. I was worried I'd be rubbish but lots of people haven't played before and it's very relaxed (whilst being competitive enough to stay interesting!)

I'd thoroughly recommend Go Mammoth to anyone new to London or just looking to meet some new people or try something different.

Fantastic!

I joined Go Mammoth last summer playing touch rugby and have just started my fourth season in a row! It's a great chance to meet new people and make new friends. Having played rugby way too long ago, I wanted something similar but not too physical and this is perfect! I've also down boxfit as well for a change, having never done boxing before and that's a fun way to get fit plus learn some useful moves! Try it!

Excellent

The whole process when signing up for Go Mammoth netball has been great. I was able to ask advice on whether or not my skills were too rusty or not to join (I was told no and encouraged to bite the bullet) and responses to any queries have always been quick and efficient.

I signed up as an individual and was grouped into a team who were all in the same position. We have now re-entered the new season as a team and I've made 7 new friends!

Anyone whose worried that they haven't played since school don't worry just sign up and you'll enjoy it! The coaches who ref the matches are lovely and the netball clinic is good fun too.

An all round great experience and something I look forward to each week!!

Awesome experience all round!

Being new to London and having a very small, sparse set of friends when I first moved down here, I joined GO Mammoth to play touch rugby, but to mainly try and meet some new people in the process!
The rugby is brilliant and is for all abilities and is played in good spirit at all times.
After 2 seasons of playing now I have made friends for life and I would urge anyone who enjoys sport, wants to try something new and/or just to have a laugh, to join GO Mammoth!

Great

Go Mammoth is very well organised and I've really enjoyed my first league - signed up again for next time! Ended up with a lovely group of girls and we have definitely improved, even though I've not yet made it to a training day. Would highly recommend.

Team awesome

Yeah!! ... I am the other housemate lost in translation, I didn't know anything about touch Rugby , but now I am loving it.. I cannot wait every week to be Saturday in able to play... I like our team and the drinks after the game make us to bound more, we defenetly make a great decision on registering on Go Mammoth

Perfect way to meet drinking buddys

If have moved down to London for work, pleasure or whatever, touch is the perfect sport to do so.
A mixture of guys and girls all on a sat morning, mostly hungover but always up for a good game!
No matter, if you ripped or slim, tall or short, anyone can play.
The cardio workout is just like playing a game of 5 a side footy!
Not only is a great way to keep fit, but we always have a great laugh spending the afternoon in the pub!
The guys and girls that I have met though as defo friends for life!!
It's defo an option to consider if moving to London or already here and wanting to get rid of that Saturday hangover

But don't miss out on the bar after the game, that's what is all about

Go Mammoth Netball

I heard about Go Mammoth through some colleagues who were playing in the Clapham league. Having played at club level previously I was keen to start playing again in London. I started by ringing for my colleague's team and attending the netball clinic's Go Mammoth run once a month on a Saturday in Clapham (which I can't recommend enough!) and I have signed up to join them full time for the next season in Clapham on Monday nights. The umpires are great and friendly and I've made friends for life playing a sport I love. Can't recommend enough!

Well organised, relaxing FUN FUN FUN

So far I've played Dodgeball, Touch Rugy and Beach Volleyball. I've made friends for life and had a laugh playing everything. Get involved!

AWESOME!!!!

i joined a Touch rugby team with my Housemate a couple of weeks ago and have had an awesome time. the team we were allocated to are really lovely, the referees and Go mammoth crew are really understanding and helpful with people who haven't played before and it is great to be able to duck over for sneaky a wine or 2 with the team after the game.

The best football league in London!

Joined up with a few of the lads to play a bit of 5-a-side. So glad we did it with Go Mammoth! It's a great way to have a kick about, have a load of fun and still has that competetive edge that keeps you coming back! Plus, I don't have to worry about organising stuff, they take care of everything! Plus meeting up with everyone for some of the best socials going is a plus too!

Fun, fitness and more fun

I have been doing Boxfit now for over 2 months and it is really good. This is one of the best workouts I've had in ages. Each week we learn some new combos, boxing skills and work on different aspects of our fitness. The classes are fun and everyone helps each other out and gets on well. The instructors are very friendly, they push you to your limits and give you individual attention. I recommend Go Mammoth to everyone.

Friendly, fun and a bit of fitness thrown in for good measure!

A colleague of mine informed me that she wanted to set up a Volleyball team to take part in a mini league once a week over in Paddington. I'd never played the game before, didn't understand the rules, didn't understand game etiquette, have never touched a volleyball and had never done any kind of recreational activity in Paddington! Nonetheless, I was keen to give it a go and wasn't let down. The whole set up is made easy - it's all well organised, so you literally get there and play ball. I was fearful that my lack of skills on the court would cause an issue for not only my team mates, but also my opponents. These fears were eliminated in the first session though, when it became apparent that there's not only varying levels of skill on display, but everyone is welcomed with open arms, to just join in and improve. Naturally everyone gets competitive over the course of the season, but that just adds to the fun. Both the staff and your fellow players are welcoming, it's not too serious, but can get serious enough, the referees join in the fun with the teams (but don't stray away from the rules) and thats the matches. They also put a real effort into the social side of things, putting on end of season get togethers etc. All in all, it's a great experience, with great people, a tremendous amount of fun and all in the name of fitness! Recommended to anyone.

DODGE, DIP, DUCK, DIVE AND DODGE!

A friend of mine was playing in a dodge-ball league and asked if I wanted to get involved a couple of years ago. At first I was sceptical, but now after two season with Go Mammoth it has been awesome!! The organisation, enthusiasm of the staff and the friendly close-knit vibe of everyone involved is one of the best sporting/social groups I have ever taken part in. Also a massive massive kudos to the organisers of the socials...especially the halloween party.CARNAGE (the good kind). So if you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball!!!! Get down to the league!

Wow - what a find!

Can't believe I've discovered this just down my road. Never knew such a thing existed in London. Such a great way to get fit without knowing it! Everything's so well organised and the people are fun-minded and lovely. Hurrah to Go Mammoth!

Well organised, great fun & affordable

This is a great set-up, GoMammoth make organising and playing sport of your choice super easy and great fun. The actual processes (website, sign-up, getting assigned to a team/setting up a team of your own) are really simple to use and kudos to their back-end system which is super user-friendly. As for the actual games - you literally just turn up with yourself, no need to bring a thing, and everything is ready to go. I love playing the Clapham league and have been going back season on season now for over a year! The refs are great, and the people you meet are just fantastic - great initiative to make socials out of it too. Can't recommend this league highly enough for both fun, ease-of-use and pretty decent prices.

Great fun and well organised

I have played night comps in a range of places (in Australia and the UK) and Go Mammoth is by far the most organised. You can manage your team online, including availability, with ease, the umpires are professional and experienced and above all it is just a nice league. I have played the Tuesday comp at Chelsea Academy for four seasons and all the teams are always lovely and everything is just so well organised. Well worth it!

Well organised and great fun, highly recommend.

I heard about Go Mammoth through my sister who had been playing some team netball. I was keen to play some football but hadn't played for ages and was reluctant to sign up to something as I was a little worried I may not be up to scrath fitness and skill wise and would be letting others in the team down and would get shown up bug time but things will Go Mammoth we just perfect. It was easy to sign up as an individual, well worth the price and within a short period I was sent an email saying who my new team mates were and when the games would be. All the other guys in my team were in the same boat and some hadn't played for a while. It's been a great way to meet some other guys of a similar age who just wanted a kick about. Go Mammoth emails before each game to check of which members can play and it's easy to confirm this. All I needed to do was turn up and play. I look forward to my Go Mammoth football each week and have signed up again and would recommend this to everyone who wants to play sports, meet new people and not get shouted at for being a little unfit and for making the odd bad pass. Get involved ;)

Our team have been playing dodgeball with GO Mammoth for 3 seasons now in Clapham, and we have no regrets! It’s a great organisation that has kept the personal, organised and friendly aspect of the company throughout our time playing with them. Its getting bigger and even more popular, a credit to the team! Well done guys and see you in season 4!

Great leagues, super social, super staff!

I have played for many social netball leagues and for me GoMammoth rock! I originally joined as a single player and was a bit worried about playing with strangers. I look back and I laugh, as I have made friends for life since joing GoMammoth! My team in fact signed up or Volleyball ad dodgeball, as we were so happy with the Organisation. There's plenty of choice of locations, a place to suit everyone regardless of where you live or work. A vast variety of sports too!
Staff couldn't be more helpful! Answering any questions or quieries our team had.
I've saved the best for last...... Sublime socials! Great craic, discounted drinks, and regular too! Can't fault them!

Friendly, fun and great way to meet new people

I joined Clapham netball as an individual and have loved it. I had just moved to London and wanted to meet new people. My team was great and really friendly, everyone was there to have fun and get some exercise. I've made some great friends through it. The staff are always really helpful and friendly. It's definitely a league I would recommend to anyone looking to play social netball and make some new friends. The socials are brilliant too!

Other netball leagues with better customer service availble in London!

I’ve been playing in netball leagues across London for over 5 years now and Go Mammoth are not the first league in London but have got very big very quickly; the problem with this is they have forgotten they are providing a service to the social players and my personal experience with them has been disappointing. Don’t get me wrong they do have someone who will get back to you if you have any problems but I felt like when they do they are not willing to help and talk very condescendingly back to you!
Problems I encountered included over subscribing members to my team, not ensuring a team they put together composes of a cross mix of members willing to play all the positions on the court, asking me to fill in for members of other teams only to turn up and not be needed and an ability to compromise (unlike many other London leagues) when issues relating to new piercings were raised.
If you are looking for a netball league I would recommend going with one of the smaller long running companies such as Topcorner, Netbusters, Social Netball, etc. I have had too many problems with Go Mammoth to continue with their leagues and suggest you consider the other netball leagues before you commit to one of their leagues too.

Top Netball League!!

My netball team has been playing together in London for over 3 years now and we have tried various organisations throughout the years. We are now into our 3rd season with GO Mammoth and can honestly say that they are by far the best all rounders as far as netball clubs go! The Clapham League is very well run, and whilst occassionally we disagree with some decisions, we generally find the umpiring to be of a good and fair standard. The umpires are also very good at offering advice to better improve our play, and they actually seem like they want to be there - other clubs umpires do not hide the fact that they've "had a bad day".
I can recommend GO Mammoth to anyone out there looking for a netball club, and it is a testament to them that we didn't even consider another club at the end of last season! We look forward to many more with GO Mammoth.

Good all round sports organsation company

I have gomammoth to be a good sports company that organises matches very well. They have an added benefit that organise social events on a regular basis providing good deals for a good night out. You get to meet lots of new people and have a lot of fun whilst still remaining competitive within games. The only thing I would say that needs a bit of improvement is the knowledge and training of the referees involved to ensure consistant descisons on the pitch for everyone.

Fulham and Chelsea League for Netball

Fulham and Chelsea league is very good. Very organised and good communication.
