Au debut Probleme de livraison puis satisfait
Au debut , probleme de livraison ( commande disparue par le transporteur ) puis apres l envoi d un mail, nouvel envoi en express de toute la commande (gratuit ) bien arrivé en 3 jours sans soucis . Donc satisfait !

High Quality fast service
i uploaded my design simple and quick, prior to this i ordered a sample pack to choose the type of finish i want, next day this arrived. i was impressed with the levels of quality compared to other places ive used.
i was very please with my cards when it was delivered. the price is good, Goodprint tend to have alot of offers. one thing i would say is that Prices should include VAT, because you think your paying a price until your VAT is added.
Delivery is a bit high as mine came via 2nd class post and took over a week to recieve. whereas on my first purchase i got my cards within days, still on 2nd class post.

Disappointing change of card colour and quality.
Dear Sir,
We have had business cards from you for the past 3 years, and have been pleased with them. This re-order was disappointing because the card colour - which is a vital part of our professional presentation - was different and made the cards look far lower quality. We have always paid extra for the cream card. This time it was virtually white. I would appreciate your comments.

Fast and reliable. Order, then forget about it. It's done.
I've used good print now on maybe half a dozen occasions. Each time, the order has arrived promptly and without any hassle. In fact, I give them a lot of points for simply having a website that works properly - you can even order your stationery on an ipad. It's surprising how many businesses can't manage this fundamental thing. So, full marks for Goodprint, it's the only place I look for business stationery now.

Efficient, quick, reliable... 'nuff said
Very good system and service and value., One thing I would advise... if your business card involves photographs and standard 400gsm card then you should (in my experience) increase the contrast and vibrancy of the photo files a bit higher than you think it should be. (I assume you have a calibrated system to judge) This is because the final print.has been slightly 'dull'.

Poor

the cards are always good quality
Service always brilliant
Once there was no delivery, so they made a new batch and sent that with no problem
Last time I needed 5 sets printed for next day , I spoke to them they were brilliant about it, especially Sarah
If you are thinking of Vistaprint - yes it appears cheaper but seriously don't bother - just pay a bit extra. Also tried Quadraprint - card quality was dire & so was print quality

Top quality products, keenly priced and always delivered within a few days.
I've been using Goodprint for over 5 years, now, and in all that time they've never failed to deliver great quality products at extremely low prices. The delivery service is second to none, with completed orders arriving within 4 to 5 days of them receiving the artwork.

Missleading Offer Price
First off, I am really pleased with the end product.
But!!
The offered £2.70 price does not include postage, printing or any of the express delivery options. (almost a week from submitting artwork, to receiving my cards with standard delivery!)
I ended up paying £19.50 for 5 business cards
The cards are great, but clearer pricing should be given from the word go!

Fast delivery but the quality is lacking.
I have used Goodprint for a number of years now with no problems but the last two orders of business cards have been disappointing. Our cards have black background but the first batch came with faded black on half of the cards, it looked as though the ink was running out we had ordered 200 cards so I was a little disappointed! The most recent batch came with similer problems instead of a true black the colour almost looks transparent not very professional.
The delivery was prompt and packaged well it a shame the quality is failing, It looks like I will have to source a new supplier.

Impressive service & products.
There are many print companies offering great deals but when it comes to service you never know until things go wrong how good it is. There was a faulty print run on my order, I complained and there was an immediate new print run at no cost. Now that is service!
