So when my new business cards didn't come out to my satisfaction (which was caused by a fault in the uploaded image, not their mistake) they corrected the error and replaced them free of charge. That's the difference between good customer service and really good customer service. Thanks guys.
I would recommend this company, I made a mistake setting up my business cards and received great support from the team. The business cards were delivered faster than stated and I was very pleased with the finished cards.
I have used Goodprint now for a few years & would recommend very highly. You can get business cards cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Along with very fast printing & delivery. Plus they don't bombard you with emails after you place an order, unlike some I could mention. Will continue to use them.
We have used Goodprint a few times and generally the service is good. However, I have spoken to them recently regarding the additional charges for "speeding up" your order. The additional cost is somewhat misleading as they may print the order quicker but still send it out using Royal Mail 1st class post which often means delays. I think it needs to be clearer on their website EXACTLY what you are paying the additional price for. If a client wants an order faster than normal then the method of delivery should be taken into account. There is no point printing the cards faster if the delivery is slow.
Ordered and gave full address for next day delivery. Next day they weren't delivered. Found a paper through the main building door at the end of the day from DPD courier with no name, address or anything indicating what flat it was for. Really shoddy! Called Goodprint and they confirmed that was our deliver but as there was no flat number, courier didn't buzz any flats. I gave clear instructions for flat number initially, so Goodprint agreed to refund express delivery fee and redeliver. This time I had an email telling me approx. delivery time. Very helpful but STILL no flat number was added. Put a large note on door for courier. Received next day. Not great but Goodprint was helpful in putting things right.
I ordered business cards with a black background and paid quite a lot for only 50 cards. Once they arrived (finally, I may add) the cards had these white spots all over them, looking like dust but were permanent. I emailed them regarding this issue and they said it was printer dust and "what did I want them to do about it?". I suggested a refund but they refused and said I would have to return them, the postage costing about 4 pounds already and they would send me new ones.
The fact that I had to pay for the postage was stupid but they sent the new cards first class postage so they arrived just in time. However, the white dots were still there, so I just gave up and bought new cards from somewhere else. Pity.
I have been using Goodprint for years now. My order is always earlier than i expected & well packed. Images and text is sharp as a pin, colours are vibrant and strong a big demand as i am a photographer and very picky.
