I recently ordered some items from Goodstead, but after receiving them, I sent then back for a refund.
Just been on the Goodstead website to contact them about my refund and the shop has now shut! Do you how I could get my money back?
I purchased a coat online on 04/02/13 . The item was returned on 06/02 and I was emailed by "Ian" to say I would be fully refunded.
Today's date, 14/02, I have still not received a refund . I went to their site to find out they have ceased trading. There is no answer to the telephone and any emails are returned undeliverable.
This store owes me £216
Very fast service and communication. The website promo code wasn't working at first so that's why i took one star off.
I dont have too much of an issue. I ordered a shirt for next day delivery at lunchtime and the next day it didn't get delivered. I called and because i order at 12.22, i go into the next days post. The deadline was 12.
Thought that was a bit lame tbh, considering i'd paid a fiver for deliver.
They sorted it out so i got it the following day by royal mail, so got there in the end. They seem like cool people and I may use them again.
Purchased the 'skyfall' Barbour coat on pre-order as sold out everywhere in november.Goodstead recommended by GQ magazine. Used the sizing guide to order which turned out to be a perfect fit- don't rely on your normal sizing use the measurements. I also phoned the store to confirm the sizing (ie from what part of body measured from) and store rep was very informative. Email confirmation sent and recieved the next day. Jacket is fantastic - really pleased and would use Goodstead again.
Goodstead was a great experience. The salesperson I spoke with was helpful, patient and clear. Any email I sent resulted in a quick reply. My merchandise was delivered in a timely fashion and the product was as advertised. High marks all around!

I Collected my Barbour Beacon Heritage Sports Jacket (or Bond Skyfall jacket as it now seems to be known!!) which I preordered mid November from Goodstead. Just wanted to thank Ian and all the Goodstead crew for a fantastic service. I ordered the Barbour Wool Sporting Dark Brown and a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor Jack Purcell Plaids. Both were offered at fantastic prices. I would not hesitate to order from Goodstead again.
Ordered my item on the 3rd of jan and now the 10th. Paid for express post and still don't have item. DHL didn't even try to deliver until I contacted them to question my item. Told them I would pick it up tomorow as no one would be in and they tried to deliver today when I'd said not to. Hoping my purchase is good after all this!
Making an order at Goodstead, I've chosen an option "delivery with DHL". Instead of that my parcel was sent with Royal Mail, which is at least three times longer and less convеnient than DHL.
As a result I still haven't received my order, I can't even track it, and I don't know whether I receive it all.
The communication with Goodstead personal also was not pleasant: they explained me that the reason they've chosen a shipping method for me is that parcels are often being stolen at DHL. Which is sounds very unconvincing. Especially in comparison with poor reputation of Russian Post - Royal Mail partner in my country.
A very good service got my coat for a lot cheaper than what it was advertised at a couple of other shops. And it was dispatched very quickly considering I ordered it in and around the Christmas holidays.
I placed an order for 2 months and my parcel is not! On the email they do not respond for a long time and today I saw that they were closed.
This store owes me £ 150

This was shipped out right away, love my purchase! The only thing was they didn't put my name on the package. Fortunately I work at a small company and they sent around an all-staff email and I figured it was for me, but at a bigger company that would have been a bummer.
