not far away from being disastrous - (UK Mail receive 80% of the blame)
My delivery was not delivered! My order was delivered to the wrong street which has never happened before and I order everything online. The delivery driver was supposed to come to my house and never came this was to apologies for being an imbecile. What is up with that, I felt after the first week I had used a scam website my experience was so bad. I will never go near a company that uses UKMAIL. A delivery company that cannot deliver. Which sums up my experience perfectly.
I had to chase GoOutdoors up on every occasion for any scrap of information. How difficult is it to send a notification email. Dependent on who picked up the phone my experience was either constructive or a complete waste of time. I was fortunate enough to speak to Peter on a couple of occasions who was helpful everyone else had no idea. I disliked how unapologetic GoOutdoors were to my situation as it caused a lot of stress and no resolution seemed likely.
It does have a happy ending as I received my products EVENTUALLY! but when you sum up the whole experience it was very poor and I will not use GoOutdoors online ever again, I will only ever visit a store.

We're really sorry to hear of this issue with UKMail. We'll certainly be forwarding the feedback on, as we as much as you expect products we send out for delivery to reach our customers.
Hopefully we can prevent this from happening in the future, as the event happening even once simply isn't good enough. We normally get great feedback from UKmail so something like this cropping up is certainly strange. Please do accept our apologies, we will endeavour to sort this with UKMail.
