Fast, efficient service
Ordering from the Gordon's website was really easy. I placed my order, paid and had my items within 48 hours. I like the fact they stock Original Source products when I find it so difficult to get them in most of the high street stores.

'Silence' is golden!!
I have tried everything to stop snoring but find Silence throat spray the most effective for a good nights sleep (my husband is grateful too) and it is so easy to purchase from Gordons Direct with their quick and efficient service.

Fast delivery, quality products, good price
The delivery speed was fast coming from Ireland to England in a few days. The product was intact and packaging was not damaged. Only problem I had was the out for delivery card was left outside my door rather than posted through the flap. Otherwise quality service!

For a great gathering of golden guaranteed goods-go to Gordons.
I am 83 years of age and a disabled amputee. I live in a very rural area with no shops, least of all a chemist, within 8 miles.Since trading with Gordons I have never run short of anything in the bathroom cupboard. Service is great and items are packed carefully and safely. I recommend anyone who has to rely on the internet to buy everyday toiletries to "go to Gordons, for a great service'.

Happy with product but slow delivery
Delivery time on website was stated as 2-3 days but it actually took 9 days to arrive. Other than that was happy with product.

Gordons Direct ~ I wish I found you sooner.
I was very happy I found Gordons Direct on the internet while looking for some products.
I would be happy to use again and happy to tell others.
When I need to phone about an item, I phoned the company and gentleman called Peter anwered the phone promptly and whilst being polite and friendly was very helpful with my order.
Other companies could certainly learn from Gordons Direct. 10/10 from me.

Excellent service at a price that puts the big online retaillers to shame.
Ordered Nivea High Protection spray on liquid for an amazing £5 per bottle cheaper than Amazon, Tesco, or anywhere else we could see. My order arrived in the post 2 days later.
Would certainly use Gordons Direct again.

Sharp Service
Easy to order from the Gordonsdirect site. Very professional paperwork, items, Wilkinson Sword Hydro blades, as described. I thought the packaging was very large for the items that I ordered and possibly this slowed down the delivery so then felt that the postage was a bit excessive. Would buy again as I got what I ordered at a reasonable price.

order good NOT the gift
Excellent in nearly all ways, prompt delivery, good price and easy to use site. Will use again, hopefully a repeat order as was delighted to get Original Source shampoo and onditioner. But found an extra item in the parcel which I really did not like, set of false nails. This was not something I would never order and hopefully no unpleasant surprises in future. Nice idea but no thanks.

Good service overall.
Easy to use website, although a shame not everything I wanted was listed.
Delivery was reasonable and items were well packed - only downside is the use of shredded paper which I can't recycle.
