GoResponse has a team that tries hard. They could work on the on-boarding process to make it a bit faster and not rely so much on the client. Also a couple of test-calls to the answering service showed up some weaknesses, but they were quickly remedied. Very friendly and helpful account-management staff.
Planet Cruise needed support for their customer service department as an ongoing process to manage periods of high volume requests. The overflow calls are diverted to Go Response who speak directly with the customer and capture details which are fed back as an e-mail message immediately to customer services for a follow up call as soon as an operative is available. Call waiting times have been considerably reduced and customer requests managed in a friendly and efficient manner.

Found the GoResponse service a good and reliable back-up for our out of office calls. Always very helpful and good at keeping in contact, we have found the service very useful. We have a good client manager and no complaints.
They work in the background and cover all our inbound calls so we never miss a call even if we do miss a call! Transcribed messages are then sent as a text to us almost immediately so we can respond with appropriate action and speed even when we are out of the office. A lifesaver in many ways and reassuring back up when we are very busy.
