Booked a "meet and greet" parking service that requires you phone the parking company 20 mins before arrival to ensure a swift and pain free parking experience.
However the phone number I was given was incorrect and led to an answerphone message asking me to call another phone number (also incorrect) our leave a message.
This is inconvenient to say the least when you are alone, driving along a motorway at 5.30am. When I arrived at the airport I managed to get through to the parking company using another number and they had no knowledge of my arrival despite my leaving a message on the previous voicemail system. So I was forced to wait 10 mins in the car park for the parking representative to meet me.
I would consider using another comparison booking site next time. Or cut out the middle man and book directly.
We always use gosimply. They give a choice, showing value and convenience. Just click when you've made your decision, decide how you want to pay and that's it! The confirmation e-mail puts your mind at rest.
Great site for bringing together all the options I need for Meet & Greet Parking. However, each time i book (usually once a month) I have to enter in my details fresh each time as there is no way to create an account that remembers it all - please fix!
I left the car with them and the keys with minimal inconvenience, the bus was waiting , brought us right to departure and was brought from the airport similarly given the keys back and a ticket to get out of the car park, the staff were helpful and friendly. The car was ok and we were on our way home with no hassle, fantastic experience , I shall be using Pink Elephant again.
I needed to amend my booking, as my departure airport changed. The website wouldn't allow me to do this online, and told me to call the helpline, but because it was the weekend, I was met with a recorded message saying the office was closed and wouldn't open until Monday morning, and since my flight was on the Monday morning, I had no option but to make a new booking (with another company, due to this bad experience having put me off) and write off my original one, losing my money. Not having a helpline open 7 days a week is ridiculous when running a service like this, which operates 7 days a week! This was the first time I used Gosimply.com, but I won't be using again. I'm out of pocket and very unhappy.
I was looking for a well priced meet and greet parking service which is exactly what I got. I received a text from them about 30mins before I arrived at the airport and again before collecting my car. The whole process was very easy which was exactly what I wanted.
What a very good efficient service. I will definately be using gosimply.com again. There was no waiting around for buses, the service dropped us straight outside the airport entrance doors and is also outside ready when you land (after a quick phone call). No messing and no fuss, a good reliable service. Would recommend it to all!!
Web site really easy to use and instant quotes from a selection of companies. We have used this site for several years and had absolutely no problems. The earlier the booking is made the cheaper it will be.

Needed an airport short stay booking less than 12 hours before travelling, was about to book via the Airport website and decided on a last minute check on Go Simply - was amazed that they could offer same parking 10% cheaper
Everything ran exactly how it said it would on the website. Staff on the phone and at the airport picking up and dropping the cars were friendly and helpful, (I had to change the vehicle on my booking the morning we travelled, but they said no problem!)
When we got back and called from the baggage claim they said come out and the car will be there and it was 😃. I'm always in a rush travelling and this way there was no stress of waiting for a bus to and from long stay. This was a quick, good value well run service definitely the way to do it!!
Website was ok but I had to check all the time that I was signing up for a carpark where I retain the keys .Was looking for a carpark near Terminal 5 at Heathrow.I did not want a carpark where keys are taken away.
I was extremely impressed with this service, the only downside for us was that on our check-in we were being asked for all our details - this made us a little wary as we were handing over a car to someone who is a complete stranger!! It would be far better if they had the details and asked us to confirm them! Other than this we were extremely happy and would certainly recommend
This is the second time this year that I have used this company and on both occasions they have provided an excellent service. The representative was at the appointed pick up area before I arrived at Stansted and on my return, we only waited about 5 minutes before he arrived with the car - all in all, a very smooth operation. We have already booked them again for next month!
