A NIGHTMARE,I REGRET NOT CANCELING MY ORDER
When i first ordered my light fittings the picture on the web page displayed them as cream with crome trim? they sent cream with brass trim, so i sent them back they said sorry and they would send out the correct lights. The second lot of lights came while i was out, so my electrician started to fit them as he was there working.i got home and yet again they had sent lights with brass trim.so i had them taken back down and sent them back. They then said that the lights no longer come with crome trim only brass.yet they where still advertising them. (i should piont out that the first 5 lights i ordered all had crome trim) so this order needed to match as they were for the opposite side of room.they then said they would have them made as a special order but it would take 10 weeks.14 weeks later they came still with BRASS trim and special order wrote all over box!! yet again my electrician had fitted lights when i got home this time I never bothered taking them back down as i was fed up of having my kitchen half in the dark and yes my lights STILL DONT MATCH !! also i did not want to pay the electrician a third time . so a big NO NO for this company

I ordered a glass 'Paris pendant light (petit) and will be ordering some more shortly. I will be ordering some small (petit) ones (for the Passage) and some Paris Pendant (large) (for tthe Hall, Living and Dining area).

Excellent service
We ordered two pendant lights and one was damaged on arrival. I phoned to explain and the matter was dealt with swiftly and the new pendant arrived a few days later. The staff I spoke to were very helpful, apologetic and friendly and I would definitely order from there again. I rated 4 stars rather then 5 due to the fact that the pendant was damaged but overall we are pleased with the product and the way Grace and Glory deal with their customers.

Super products that everyone would love in their home....
Grace & Glory Home hava a fab website - packed with loads of unusual stuff. Ideal for your own home or for a unique gift too.
The products are very reasonably priced and the quality is of a good standard.
I expreience great one to one service with the owners directly - they made me feel very much like I was an important customer to them which is so nice these days...
I keep an eye on their website now, and look forward to viewing their latest additions - so thats says alot I reckon!

IT'S OK BUT.......
iI ordered some hanging pendant lights for my kitchen as well as some wall lights. These were ordered early as we were planning the kitchen layout and wanted the lights as part of the focal point. The lights arrived and all seemed well. We inspected them and they looked ok. When eventually they were hung and the lights were switched on it appeared that there were two small dents in one of the shades. This is only noticable when the light is on !
When contacting Grace & glory about replacing the shade they eventually came back with a reply that I would have to pay for a new shade. I thought it should have been replaced and especially as I had spent quite a lot on the lights anyway. So the shade is still hanging in my kitchen as I can't afford to replace it .
I do think their customer response is slow in answering questions and queries .

The quality of the product was worth waiting for!
We purchased these delightful light fittings to go in our refurbished kitchen. Unfortunately we had to wait for them for over two months to arrive and we had to chase G&G to find out what was happening. Once we had done this however, the team telephoned me regularly to keep my updated, and when they arrived they were exquisite!

The lamp came in good time and is giving us real pleasure in our new kitchen.
The shutter-blue pendant lamp is very stylish, very good quality and looks perfect in our gorgeous new kitchen. When I ordered the lamp it was out-of-stock, but it still came in good time for Christmas ( ordered in December) and the colour is just what we wanted. Very pleased too with the light it gives out.

Excellent transaction for a pair of stylish large glass shades.
Ordered and received 2 large ribbed glass pendulas shades for our new kitchen. They replaced some horrid spot lights which were attached to the lovely old beams [Uggggh]. What a difference they have made, really super. I would recommend "Grace and Glory" any time.

Good Customer Service
I was looking for some specific products online and managed to find them stocked here. The clock I ordered was unfortunaly not the one which arrived but upon contacting the shop, a refund was swiftly obtained. As with anything you order online, the other item we received ( a light fitting) we didn't like (the photo had not shown the lighting cord which was attached) so again we were able to return quibble free and obtain a refund). Follow up customer service was excellent. The only minor thing is that the clock we had to return at our own cost, even though it wasnt the one ordered.

Lovely product, great service.
I took me ages to find the Pairisian style, ribbed glass lamp shades I was looking for so I was delighted to find them on G & G Home. They were out of stock at the time, but the friendly and attentive phone service was excellent. The shades are the perfect finshing touch to my kitchen. Thank you!

exceptional customer service
I purchased 2 light fittings from Grace & Glory. At the time they only had 1 of the colour I wanted so they called me and told me when the next batch of stock was due in (which wasn't that long) however we got chatting and I then couldn't decide if I preferred another colour. So they sent 1 of each and then when I decided that I still preferred the original one, I kept that one and when the 2nd one of that colour was available they sent it out and I returned the other colour. I thought this was exceptionally good of them, I was able to compare the lights against my kitchen cupboards to ascertain best match. I have since recommended them to friends and purchased some other bits.

ALWAYS HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL
