Perfect Paint Package from the Guys at Graff City!

I placed an order for some paints last week, with not much time to spare and I just wanted to pass on my comments about the service I received from the guys at Graff City. I ordered online on Wednesday morning and the paints came through for Thursday .. . which was most excellent! Thanks so much for getting the paints out so swiftly, we needed them for a gallery opening . . that night!

So thanks once again to Graff City. I have sung their praises high and low, ace product, splendid customer service and impeccable delivery . . .the perfect package really. Well done!

dreadful customer service

After a small mistake on my part about my address (their website shouldn't have allowed me to enter a address without a door number anyway) I have now waited a further 2 days only to be notified that because 1 item out of a list of 24 is out of stock they have delayed my order again. The final straw is now that I have asked if they can guarantee me a delivery by tomorrow or refund my money I have received an email from UPS saying my order has been cancelled, would have been nice if you told me first Graff-City. I have only been able to communicate via email and the whole process has been long and cost me a week of work. I will never use this company again and stick with Chroma and Black in the future.

We were disappointed to see the feedback you left for us on Trust Pilot. Firstly you say it is a small mistake that the address you provided was incomplete. Well this is a very significant mistake because had the package been sent you would never have received it and we would still have incurred the shipping charges which would not have been recoverable. I am not sure you can blame our website because you were unable to add your correct address to your order (Not all addresses have a house number) In fact because we scrutinise every order for errors like that we were fortunate to pick up the error and informed you straight away. Most companies with automated addressing systems would not even look at your address and it would have been sent to the non-existent address.

We informed you that an item is out of stock. That is standard procedure. Again we are not at fault because you did not receive the email. It was sent and the date and time stamp shows when. However we are sorry that it was out of stock, we try extremely hard to keep large stock levels of every colour but occasionally items do run out before we have chance to update the site.

You emailed us at 1704 hrs yesterday requesting delivery by today. The member of staff who received that message would have left at 5 p.m. so a response would have been sent first thing this morning. However because you requested cancellation unless we could guarantee delivery by today we complied with your request and cancelled the shipping arrangements or we would have been charged. So you got an email from UPS specifying this - Not sure why that is a problem.

You say you could only communicate by email. You never requested a phone number to contact us or requested that we phone you regarding the order.

If you check our feedback on Trust Pilot and on our eBay Store (see below) you can see we provide excellent customer service at all times. In summary we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided on orders or for emails that are not received by the customer.

Fast delivery, cheap prices

I ordered supplies of markers and stickers to denmark, another country in europe. the delivery was fast, ordered on a saturday, recieved the package 6 days later. and the shipping was only 5 dollars. I am pleased and i can fully recommend graff-city.com

Graff city very quick and big choice.

Graff city offer a lot of graffiti products at a good price and are very quick with there orders. I always use them when i need something.

Tried graff city out for the first time last year and havent shopped anywhere else for paints n markers since, no need to! Great range of products & real efficient dispatch service, I know that i'll always have my order sorted well in time for any upcoming jam...Genuinely cant recommend them highly enough, u even get loads of free stuff!!! i find graff city to be wholly satisfactory, orders are correct and dispatched promptly, no stress, no strain, they don't front on stuff they haven't got, on the one occasion they couldn't fulfill a can of belton they upgraded me to a can of gold the same colour at no extra charge, the range of brands is second to none, so if like me you're not brand loyal and enjoy a good choice of colours, speeds and finishes they're your boys, the free next day delivery on larger orders is also most welcome, let's face it none of us likes buying paint but if you are going to part with your pennies for it you can do a lot worse than graff city, good work, keep it up

ive purchased spray paint from a large number of company's, and i can honestly say - that i hav'nt been let down by graffcity.com.
fast, reliable - spot on...and if there has been any problems - there has always been excellent communication.
a wide selection of stock & brands, and theres always freebies in the order (stickers etc...)
i have even placed an order at about 3pm and recieved it - much to my surprise- the next day...
i would definatley recomend graff-city.com

graffcity are hopeless

i have been waiting for an order to arrive for almost a month now, they are quick at taking your money!! the order was a birthday present for my son, birthday now passed.
i have contacted their customer care dept several times but had no response.

i would not recommend this site to anyone

Just been looking into this and it appears to be down to Junk e-mail folders and Royal Mail being slow. I have checked the order and it was placed on the 17th and sent the same day via Royal Mail 1st class recorded (Tracking number AG760059237GB).
As for the responses we received an initial e-mail on the 24th Jan at 19.30 which was replied to the next morning with tracking information and further details.
We then received a second e-mail on Feb 2nd enquiring about the order which was again replied to the next morning. I am sorry you feel that our service has let you down but this is entirely due to the slow Royal Mail postal system and possible Junk e-mail folders. However, as a gesture of goodwill we will be happy to offer you a 10% discount on any future order. Hope this is ok, please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
