I was very impressed witht this company's 'can do' attitude when I had an urgent job to fulfil between Christmas and New Year. My contact was Ruth Davies who filled me with confidence that the job would get done and delivered in good time, despite its somewhat complicated nature. The job was completed and delivered days in advance of the crucial deadline! I was inspired to write a thank you to the team for a job well done.
We as a company like to use suppliers as locally as possible, and so to find a supplier with the quality and price of Graphics and Print was a real bonus. Always worth checking their website for the latest fab deals and prices.
I have used this company on many occasions but my last experience was very disappointing - quotations took a long time and had to be chased, artwork was delayed and poor quality and instructions not followed. I needed them urgently and the operations department and delivery was on time and they went out of their way to get me my business cards in time! I was personally contacted by two members with apologies and reassurance that I would not have another bad experience as corrective actions have been implemented.
I've used G+P at a previous company and they were the one supplier that would I could rely on to get things done (often with no notice) to my exact specification. They are extremely cost-effective and work tirelessley to ensure you are happy with the end result. It shouldn't be taken for granted that they are extremely nice people too who don't take themselves too seriously and will always seek to find solutions to the strangest of issues. Of course I would recommend them, that's why I am using them again!
I WAS LOOKING FOR A BESPOKE PRODUCT AND APPROACHED GRAPHICS AND PRINT. THEY TOOK TIME TO UNDERSTAND MY REQUIREMENTS, MADE SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT,PROVIDED A PROOF AND THEN DELIVERED AT PACE ENSURING MY ITEM ARRIVED ON TIME DESPITE BEING UP AGAINST TIGHT TIMELINES. HAVE USED AGAIN SINCE WITH A SIMILARLY GREAT EXPERIENCE AND HAVING WORKED WITH A NUMBER OF SUPPLIERS OF A SIMILAR NATURE IN THE PAST, WOULD PUT G&P HEAD & SHOULDERS ABOVE THE REST. A1+ CM
I asked Graphics and Print to help me with some design work before going to print. I needed my flyers as a matter of urgency having been let down by a competitor. Not only did they amend my artwork free of charge for me, they exceeded my expectations on the delivery times, were cheaper than the competitor and the quality was fantastic. Its not very often that you find a small-medium sized business in this day and age, that really does look after their local community as much as they do their customers. Graphics and Print are always so very supportive of local initiatives to help the less fortunate and I really commend them for that. Great quality of print, amazing flexibility to support their customers and all at a very competitive price. I'd recommend Graphics and Print to anyone.
and very quick turnaround. However, I can only assume that there are thousands of people working there in a great big premises and because of this they cannot communicate with each other. I made a couple of schoolgirl mistakes with my upload and to get it sorted out took five working days because of people not getting messages/not returning calls/ etc. In the end I spoke to Steven, who I have dealt with several times in the past who advised me what to do in one phone call lasting less than 2 minutes.. Therefore, get it right first time or pay them to check it for you.
I have recently undertaken our school's PTA newsletter, and was recommended to use these guys. There was inital confusion by the fact that I phoned my order in, rather than using the website. The difference being of course, that going through the website saves a substantial amount of money. For a charity this is of the utmost importance. We got there in the end, and this was because the staff were professional, curteous and helpful and always phoned/emailed when they said they would. Print quality excellent. Very Happy Indeed.
