Really professional, helpful and fast.
Have used these guys a couple of times and their communication is excellent not to mention a really fast turn around of high quality print at a VERY reasonable price.

They promised, they actioned and they delivered.
The service I received was exactly that which I was promised. This company offered very competitive rates and they delivered on their promise.
The process of submitting copy was clearly explained and easy for a comparative novice to follow.
I shall certainly be using them again and would without hesitation recommend them to others requiring fast efficient and competitive print services.

Did what they said they would do!
I wanted 5k simple double-sided flyers printing for a club my kids go to. The website was easy to use - with good instructions and advice - and had their full contact details on. I was alerted to any potential issues with my design by Graphics & Print before they printed it. The price was very good. I will use this service again.

Superb Service Indeed
I needed some charity leaflets producing so decided to use Graphics & print. The result I got was a top class service from the start. A no hassle ordering system & what was delivered was a quality product at outstanding value.

Very good web-site with clear information and a good process for ordering. Due to my own incompetence I had some changes after the order was submitted. The person I spoke to took everything in his stride and coped inspite of me! The order was a day late in dispatching and I did chase up the company . Again, the service to rectify was very good and competent. (and I had built a day into the process so there was no harm done). Will definately use again.

Product good, but unnecessary stress about deadline because they initially forgot to print one item
So these guys seemed to be what I was looking for, they were inexpensive and looked efficient. The downside came when the courier only delivered one of the items. I initially thought it was the courier's fault, but it turned out that they had only printed the one items. That was on the Friday and I needed both items for the Monday morning. Naturally I was furious and getting hold of them was not easy. I spent about 30 minutes chasing them on the telephone only to get a half-hearted apology by email. When I eventually got hold of them again, the guy said he would "do everything that he could" to get it to me first things on monday morning, but would not give me his personal mobile number. There was not real apology and I spent the weekend worrying that it would not arrive in time. In the end it arrived with about 10 minutes to spare, but only after I had printed off 100 colour copies on our office printer as a back-up. After they had realised that it was their error, I would have preferred it if they could have given me greater assurance that it would be sorted out and that I need not worry.

Great problem free service and quality
I was really pleased with the quality of our newsletters, the very reasonable price and the help and support available from this company. Efficient service and delivery. It was great to know help for people unfamiliar with the printing world was on hand with very helpful prompt replies to my questions.
I will definitely use them again and recommend them, unlike other online printing companies I have used in the past.

Great Service, fast and reliable
I was having problems turning my artwork into a PDF I spoke to a gentleman on live chat who was very helpful and converted it for me and emailed me back straight away. I immediately ordered my leaflets and they arrived a matter of days later and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Fast, efficient service at a great price. Would recommend.

Quality Print, Excellent Service
First job with G&P & must say very impressed. Easy to order through the system & end result was of good quality print. Even managed to deliver inside the original timeline to the delight of my client.
Only issue one of the boxes had been squashed, presumably in transit, however on opening not many copies affected so not a big problem.

Wanted the best leaflet print ... GOT the BEST Print ...
A friend of mine suggested that I use 'Graphics & Print' as a company that gave the results they promised on their website, so I decided to try them out with an order for 2000 Gloss, 'Z' folded leaflets on the 250gsm paper stock.
Not only did they produce for me a brilliant product but it was packed, folded properly, and delivered as described. I cannot fault 'Graphis & Print' at all and will be certainly using them again and passing on to my friends and business clients how good they are.

excellent quality, pricing and service
I have had printing done from various companies but this one comes out top for quality, value and service.
I have just received an order 2 days later from when I placed the order on their web site and when I opened the box i was extremely pleased.
The site is very easy to order from, the quality of the print is excellent and the service was just great.
I would recomend to anyone and will be reordering again.
Don't waste any more time searching the web, this company really is as good as it gets.

excellent personal service and speedy service
Thank you to graphics and print and to Stephen for his patient support in helping to make sure an events leaflet was suitable for print.
We had had problems with SaxoPrint (don't use them) who were slow, tried to bill me twice and blurry quality -
I will be using Graphics and Print many times again, who printed the leaflets in half the time as a reasonable cost and with a personal service

Impressed
I was unsure on a few things and called the office. The Gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, he was called Stephen. The service was very quick and the flyers look great.
The only downside was that I had asked for them to be delivered to my work address and they were delivered to my home address, as no one was there I had to arrange for a redelivery and someone had to wait in for them.

Amazing customer service & speed of order to delivery was remarkable
I first got in contact with graphics and print and spoke to Mike on the 12th of December to place my order and confirm artwork, both processes were dealt with very smoothly the team were very helpful and flexible especially during the festive holiday period.
From purchase to delivery it was just 3 working days!
I was very impressed with the quality of service, but the quality of print and pricing was even BETTER!
I will definitely be recommending Graphics & Print to fellow business contacts in the future :)

Couldn't fault the service. Spoke to them on the phone when I was having problems emailing artwork, they were so helpful. Really nice people to talk and deal with. The brochures that they printed were excellent quality, over the moon with Graphics & Print. I will be using them again. From emailing them the artwork to the brochures arriving at my door was less than 6 days, very impressive.

Brilliant production, easy ordering, defo using again, very happy customer!
This must have taken me about five minutes to order these. I'd already designed them so I had a look at a few services and was so delighted with the interface of Graphics and Print because it was so simple to use. The value for money is excellent and the product quality is very very high. The order arrived ahead of time two. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else.

An exceptional service
I'm absolutely delighted with the service I have received from Graphics and Print. The service was quick and efficient and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Shipping was quick (and free!) and the finished product was fantastic.

No matter how small your purchase the service is second to none.
when i first contacted i spoke to a lady called Nicole who helped me through the design process and she made me feel like an important customer even though she new from the beginning i would of been a small purchase of the final print of flyers, yet i felt i was being looked after with her Constance of communication to the end, even when i was stuck trying to order flyers, i then phoned again and spoke to chris as Nicole on holiday and what a lovely guy who after hearing my query not only did he find out the answer for me also rang me back as promised to then he prompts another colleague of his Stephen and then to be only passing through he goes through the whole process of ordering the flyers on line (as i am not the greatest on computers), all three gave me genuine service even though they all new mine was a small purchase and also felt by all three they were genuinely happy to help, they are a credit and an asset to your organisation and i will be back in the future and that is down to the service i received from the three named above as well you have very competitive prices.

Stunning quality - delivered on time!
In over 20 years of purchasing print products I have never been so impressed at the superior quality I have received from Graphics & Print. I was further impressed that all the deadlines were met throughout the project - something so rare these days. I have removed all other printers numbers from my phone. I know a good thing when I see it!!
