I bought my steamer just before a Bank holiday and received a call the next day with an apology for being unable to deliver on the Monday. First Company ever to phone about a delay that wasn't even a delay. I would certainly buy from again, not only do they give excellent customer service they were also the cheapest on line.

I ordered a propagator from green & easy but they didn't have it in stock. They did call and leave a message, and refunded me straight away, so I have no issues with their customer service - it seemed more than satisfactory. Only 4 stars as the product shouldn't have been listed if they were out of stock, but they dealt with it efficiently so I would still use them again!

easy peasy service
Ordered a gas tumble dryer from GreenandEasy. Price was very competitive and ordering was simple. Delivery Company phoned me on Friday to tell me the delivery would be within a 2 hour window on the following Monday. Delivery driver phoned at 9am to say he would be with me at 10am. He arrived at 10:05am.
Although the dryer has not yet been installed, the service so far from GreenandEasy has been excellent.

Fast and efficient service
The website was easy to use from start to finish, as well as the payment process.
The goods were delivered within 48hrs of making my initial purchase of which pleased me the most. On other websites, when making a purchase, it is not clear when delivery will take place and usually you would need to wait 5-7 working days.
Overall, the service from start to when the goods were delivered were of the highest standard and would definitely use this site again.

I'm so pleased I brought a Brill hand push mower.
I got me a Brill hand push mower,after much thought and looking on the net I come to the conclution I'd get a hand mower as the back garden isn't that big.Prior I've had petrol mowers (back home in Australia)here I"ve only ever used a flymo which did the job but the lawn never looked good.besides they(flymo) are big and take up to much room .So along come the Brill thats after thinking is it worth the money Well let me tell you good folks my lawn hasn't looked so good. The mower itself ( to my eye )looks cheap given the plastic on it such as the wheels and the cover over the blades,I guess that why its so light in weight. The blades the working of the thing do a mighty fine job.I finish by saying It's a bloody good mower well worth the money and only takes half the time to do the job.

Excellent service
The old lawnmower came out of hibernation on Sunday afternoon and was eventually coaxed into life, but was clearly worn out. A few minutes searching online found a suitable replacement model and a few more minutes found a good price at Green & Easy. By 2.30pm on Monday it was delivered.
The site was well laid out, the product description accurate (unlike the slight vagueness about model numbers & specs on some national chains' sites) and the delivery was prompt to the point of immediate. Thank you.

Ordered my goods on Tuesday evening and they arrived at my parents house on Thursday morning - excellent service. Me and my 9 year old daughter put the beds together - easy peasy! We are now proud owners of a full bed of main crop potatoes, and another with other a full row of peas (1st time been able to do that), carrots, beetroot, caulis etc - really impressed - so much so - will be saving up to purchase replacements for my wooden beds next year!! Really impressed

Delivery failed to arrive on agreed date
The delivery failed to arrive. Apparently the delivery company ran out of time! We had arranged to be at home from 8.00 to 6.00, but nobody arrived and nobody called to say that they were not delivering. It came the next day - but that is not good enough. It may have been the delivery company's error rather than Green & Easy, but that is not the point. I will shop elsewhere next time.

Despite an error, most likely on my part, which caused me to double up on my order, a quick phone call was all that was required to rectify the mistake. Delievery was quick, descriptions and delievery estimates accurate and the overall feeling from service was one of satisfaction.

Excellent Log Store
After careful deliberation through on-line searching and much reading of reviews for log stores, I settled on this one. I haven't regretted my choice. The log store arrived very promptly with careful and considerate packaging and delivery. My retired, academic partner constructed it without too much of a problem and my retired next door neighbour helped shift it into position. We put the roof on once we had the log store in position as it was going into an awkward area and it would have been impossible to do this with the roof on. However, this didn't present a problem and after much deliberation we inched it into position and then put the roof on. It looks very solid and impressive and that's just with the felt roof (rather than the cedar roof). I'm delighted with it!

Putting things right when they go wrong
I ordered on a saturday with the site saying delivery in 3- 5 days. On Tuesday evening 10 days later I posted a review as I hadn't had a delivery or even an email explaining why the delay.
I immediately received a phone call from the company who had thought my goods had been delivered. They refunded my delivery charge and organised a delivery which arrived today (Friday). They kept in contact and kept me informed. I don't mind things going wrong when good customer service like this puts them right.

Excellent and speedy service
I ordered a Smart Log Holder on a Sunday and it was delivered the following Tuesday. It was delivered in its manufacturer's packing, but this was sufficient as the item was undamaged. Mind you - it is all metal! It is very well made and a good design. The price here was the cheapest I could find on the web - about 10% cheaper than other sites.
All in all a good shopping experience and I woudl definitely use Green and Easy again, and recommend them to others.

We purchased several of the recycled plastic raised beds from Green and Easy which arrived promtly. A minor problem with broken parts was resolved very quickly by the company sending replacements out by first class post.
The product itself was just what we wanted, and it's nice to know they are made from recycled materials.

Excellent log holder
I ordered the Smart Log Holder and was surprised by it arriving the next day. I can now use it to safely hold long and/or awkward pieces of firewood which I can then log off with the chainsaw. Nobody else is at risk from the chainsaw which certainly was the case before. We should have bought one of these ages ago. As can be seen from the video once the wood is securely held it can all be cut to length in one go without having to move it on. It is particularly good on any light pieces which otherwise I used to cut on the ground with the risk of cutting into the ground - not a good idea!
