Really quick delivery, and cheaper than Amazon
Was trying to avoid Amazon, so gave these guys a go. Reviews were good and wasn't disappointed. Good price, quick delivery, very happy.

Great product and great service
We ordered the Radflek Radiator panels. Delivery came within 24 hours (24 hours earlier than expected) and the whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless. The product was exactly as expected, was easy to fit and has improved the warmth in our home. We've been thoroughly impressed and would definitely use Green & Easy again.

EXTREMELY FAST DELIVERY

Phoned the day before to tell me to expect delivery am. with a 2hr. slot, excellent!
I purchased a freezer, great price, dealt with quickly on internet. received confirmation email with delivery time. Phoned later to arrange delivery, Then phoned again the day before to let me know it was a morning delivery within a 2hr slot. 2 men delivered it, unpacked it, took the old one away, very quick, very polite, very good service, 10/10

Green & Easy - Easy Peasy
Ordered large woodshed from Green & Easy. Communication was excellent throughout....was phoned and told the log store maybe a while longer than notified on website as it was nearly Xmas....no problem. Then received letter telling us when the courier would be delivering and sure enough it turned up when stated.
All in all superb experience.

Item as described. Great to buy with confidence that an appliance is eco-friendly as well as good quality. I was a little uncertain re. delivery arrangements when I bought - I think there should be more detail on the site before you check-out. The service, however, turned out to be excellent with an email the day before detailing our 2 hour slot and a punctual, friendly and knowledgeable delivery team.

So rare! Quality goods, fair price and excellent customer service. Use this company!
We ordered an upright freezer and were informed almost immediately of a delivery date by e-mail. This was followed up by a telephone call prior to delivery. The gentleman was friendly and courteous. The delivery men called ahead and the freezer was delivered in pristine condition and was unpacked and inspected by the incredibly helpful delivery men. 'Old fashioned' customer service in these days of on-line shopping. We will certainly be using this company again. Thank you to all concerned.

Charmless rude delivery
While the product and ordering process is OK, the people they use for delivery leaves a lot to be desired. The guy couldn't be ruder. I was upstairs when he arrived and it took me a few seconds to get down to the door and in those few seconds he almost kicked the door down. When I opened the door he stepped away from me and turned his back to me and grunted 'shed' ... I assumed he wanted to know where to leave it (I don't speak grunt), he walk off as I told him the baby was sleeping so I'd leave the door open should he need anything, so basically don't knock or ring. Needless to say he ignored me and this time grunted 'sign'. Without a doubt the rudest man I've ever met but probably nothing the retailer can do about that
UPDATE: A textbook example of how to turn a negative situation into positive sentiment. Green & Easy contacted us to find out more so they could follow up with the delivery company. The lady who called was lovely and very apologetic. Very good customer service and we would use them again.

Having researched such an item for a while I was impressed to find not only information but a video demonstrating the ease in setting up and it's use.
On phoning Green & Easy I found the staff member to be very friendly and informative. I purchased the Log Splitter online and delivery was prompt. The instructions and use of the item were correct and I use the splitter daily. Excellent service and product. Thank you.

within 24 hours of placing my order just before christmas i was phoned by thecompany to explain that delivery would obviously be delayed by christmas and to check that this wouldn't cause me any problems.
the order was delivered immediately after the christmas bank holidays - very well packed.

Great product. great price.
Did some research into Heatsaving panels for radiators but didn't want anything fixed to walls. Saw these panels online at a very good price and thought I'd give them a try. Dead easy to fit, unobtrusive, cut to any size and so reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Radiator foil panels - easy to install
I have only just installed this product but the reviews look good so I am expecting great things. The one noticeable point is that the rooms warm up quicker - so that's a plus at least.

Great, efficient service, very friendly and helpful.
I ordered the Forest Master log splitter for my father in law for Christmas. I was well informed throughout the ordering process and was able to rearrange delivery with the courier to ensure someone would be in to receive it. Altogether a great service, I can't comment on the splitter yet, but I have high hopes for it and am even more confident it will perform well as Green and Easy have lengthened the warranty period. I would recommend G and E to everyone!

"Does as it says on the tin"
I fitted this light two days ago and having read some reviews was a bit concerned about how things would go. Fitting the solar panel and light was really the simplest of jobs. Once connected everything worked immediately and I am very happy with the quality of the light given off when considering that it has been dull and raining since I fitted it! I still need to do a bit of tweaking as the light is coming on even when it's still daylight.

fantastic customer service, did what they said they would
My gas tumble dryer broke last week, its difficult to get a gas one but they are so much more efficient than electric. I asked if they could deliver before Christmas and they said they would do their best to ensure I wasn't left without one over Christmas. I received an e-mail to say I would have a call to advise of delivery. The call came, they asked me for the best time for delivery and the driver arrived 15 minutes earlier than agreed.
The product was well priced and service second to none.

Fantastic online shopping experience!
