COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
Staff are rude and arrogant, call centre are bullies. More than happy to take your money but will find any excuse not to recover your car! Cancelled my policy after having to call them out then when they arrived they refused to recover the car! Guy at the call centre was arrogant and rude and was not interested in listening to a word I had to say. Even the guy who came out to do the recovery said they were a waste of time and would not recommend them! I immediately rang my insurance company and cancelled my policy. I will never ever use these cowboys again and would highly recommend that no one else does.
I am now pursuing a complaint with them, the lady in the complaints department was very good and even she couldn't understand what the problem was and said she hears the same thing all the time!

LEFT WITH HUGE GARAGE BILL
Called Green flag to recover my Ford Galaxy with a Broken clutch. The car was recovered quickly and taken to my local garage all fine or so I though.
I then discovered The car had been towed incorrectly (Not Using the Towing Eye).
But the supports behind the front Wheel. 3 independent garages and a Ford main dealer confirmed the car should never be towed in this manor.
I am now left with a bill for over £1000 and it seems like Green Flag are not going to assist with this in any way. As soon as I can I will be cancelling my membership and Going back the the AA.

DISGUSTING
THIS SERVICE IS A FARCE AND USE NOTHING BUT TRCKERY BY SOME FELLA CALLED ARNOLD TO TRY AND DUPE YOU OUT OF YOUR RIGHTS!! THEY TREAT DISABLED PEOPLE WITH NO RESPECT AND WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED.. KEEP AN EYE OUT ON ITV WALES "THE FERRET" FOR A TRUE REVIEW.A MERRY XMAS TO ME. SEE YOU IN COURT

Don't go abroad without it
Drove to Spain from uk less than 48 hours later had problems with car that wasn't an easy fix, people carrier with 6 passengers (4children!) fully loaded middle of no-where,
The staff at the call centre were brilliant, we were collect taken to hotel for weekend, they arrange all taxis, car hire, even flew us ALL back to the UK 3 weeks later, helped speak to the garage as my spanish is basic to get my car back to the UK I did pay for that as I wanted it fixed here and not in Spain!
What could have been a real nightmare and major expense was made less stressful due to having Green Flag European cover which in this case was worth every penny of the £63.48 I paid for it
