Damaged Goods!
I was disappointed when my order for perspex sheeting arrived with every sheet broken. It is clear it was broken in transit, but the packaging was so poor, I am not surprised they were all broken. They were quick to replace though at a price that was competitive, so worked out ok in the end.

Hi
I ordered a hardwood minigreenhouse and it arrived 36 hours kater. It was easy to assemble, of great quality and is sturdy. It was cheaper than a softwood version in Homebase and I am very happy with the product.

Shelving for my 70th Birthday present!
My husband bought me a greenhouse for my birthday, but I needed shelving. The order was executed to my satisfaction, and I am happily now growing both indoor and outdoor plants with the aid of my new purchase. Service was excellent. Thank you.

Could do better!!
My first greenhouse. Very excited, looking forward to delivery. Excitement drained as I waited and waited. Phoned the suppliers -' it's on its way'. Well it arrived and we set about building it. It was not a great experience as the instructions are not too clear. It recommends tightening nuts and bolts as a final step, but you cannot get at all the nuts and bolts. (Would suggest future buyers do this at an earlier stage before putting in the panes). I was very pleased with the product itself until we had the high gusts of wind. The top window was blown up and hit the wall to which it was attached. This resulted in one of the bolt holes breaking and the window is now not square and difficult to close. If Greenhouse Warehouse have built one of these a quick note on their builders experience would be advisable. Advice on the top window fastening or lack of it would be useful.

Excellent product and service
Ordered some polycarbonate sheets to child proof our old greenhouse for visiting grandchildren this summer. Easy to fit and it even looks smarter now cracked bits of glass are gone. Website was easy to use and packing and delivery were excellent. Thoroughly recommend!

Garden goods at the right price!
I purchased a garden watering computer like the one I've had for years but had become somewhat unreliable. I ordered one day and the product arrived within about 3-4 days.

Excellent Goods and Service
I ordered some panels for my greenhouse after the snow damaged them and was very pleased with the quality and quick delivery, I had to order some more soon after my first order due to some more, which I had not noticed were cracked and then after some strong winds broke in half and was also very pleased with them.

Great value, very speedy delivery
Only a small purchase, but I needed these item quickly. Site gave 2 options including a heavy duty version that has proven excellent and I am looking forward to many years of use. From start to finish my dealings with you have been first class. The Venus greenhouse I purchased is excelent,the erection details and drawings were so easy to follow and because each section was individually wrapped no problems arose in putting it together , all in all I just could not fault it I would certainly recomend you to anyone

Bought some polycarb sheets to replace glass panes in the greenhouse (football damage from the kids!)
Ordered, delivered and fitted without a hitch.
Decent website, prompt delivery and product description was 'spot on'.

Zero rating for customer service, think our phone call ended up in the waste bin. Go on prove me wrong! bet you can't trace any record of phone call! same old story, 'nod your head for feedback but do nothing about it when received' Prove me wrong, give me some follow up on this opinion.
