After receiving the confirmation e- mail of my order I heard nothing from the company until I contacted them after I noticed the payment had been taken. I was then informed that the product came direct from the manufacturer so they would find out a delivery date. I was then given a date but after taking a day off work and no delivery I was not best pleased. So I contacted them again and whilst waiting for a response the delivery turned up with no warning, just lucky I was at home. Not sure about how others feel but I feel in this day and age where communications are so easy, keeping the customer informed is paramount to a happy customer and crucial to good customer service. I would think twice about ordering from this company again.
