Do not waste your time with this retailer, go and shop somewhere else.
I pre purchased a game with which it had an offer of another free game when you pre purchase it, and in order to play the game it listed as the 3rd party DRM being steam, so I assumed that both my purchased game and the game to come with it, considering they were the same series of game would both be for steam. I could not have been more wrong when I learnt that in order to play my "free" game in the pre purchase deal that I had to install their capsule software, which is a hassle for me and I simply want to organize my games in one place, it was not clearly stated anywhere on the original game page that capsule would be required to play the other game.
I got in touch with their customer service who simply said they cannot do anything about it because the key is already sent. The original game I pre purchased I have not even been sent the key for yet and the other game is on capsule, their so called platform to trade stuff in with, so how they cannot take and deactivate the game off their and give me a steam key at the very least is beyond me. I regret having given my money to this retailer and definitely will not be returning, an absolute waste of money and time, shop somewhere else.

Payment System Broken
I tried to purchase Defiance from this company (discounted and with a coupon, $33 total, nearly 50% off!). I made an account while in the checkout process. I got all the way to payment before it refused both my card and my boyfriend's card. It also refused both of our Paypals. The checkout process has a time limit (15m) which I monkeyed with until it ran out. I dug a little deeper and discovered they have a system where your account needs to be verified by E-Mail before you make a purchase. No big deal.
I do the verification and try to purchase. It tells me I cannot put the game in my basket because my account isn't verified. So, I go back to my E-Mail and try the link again, thinking I may have messed up on my end. I click the link and it tells me "This account is active!" Awesome! So I go to purchase. Once again, it says the account is inactive and I cannot put the game in my basket. So, I'm able to get to the payment part of the site before my account is "activated" and then when I do the official activation it tells me I'm not activated and I can't even put the game in my basket.
After trying to get this game purchased for 30 minutes (remember, nearly $30 in savings) I said screw it and went to Amazon and paid $20 more for it there (a $10 off sale.) I'd rather give my money to a company who has their act together. Don't even bother with these guys. I was so excited to tell my friends about an awesome deal on a fun game, but now Amazon will get their business too.

Horrible company, horrible service, will never use again.
I previously purchased Bordlerands 2 from GMG without any problems. However, my most recent purchase of the BIoshock Infinite preorder bundle and the Bioshock NA Season pass has been, to date, the worst customer service experience I can remember in recent memory.
The products were promised to arrive by the 26th of March, which was the release date. Today is the 28th of March and I have not received any of my product keys with the exception of the NA Season Pass. The key with the NA Season Pass is useless unless I have the key for the original game.
I've now opened two customer support tickets that have gone unanswered. Best part: when you complain on their forums, if you use a "bannable" word, they will ban you without any notice. No e-mail sent to your account e-mail, no statement, nothing. Logging into your username will only result in a 500 Server Error. I particularly love how they also posted on their forums informing all customers that the issues had been "resolved." Meanwhile, users who still don't have their purchased game are having to open new topics just to be seen.
Green Man Gaming is a joke to work with. If you want deals on video games, don't just go somewhere else, run there. Steam, Amazon, and GOG are a few of the retailers among many who DO offer great customer support. GMG is just the British version of Origin.

Cheap, Fast and Great Site!
I can only recommend greenmangaming!
I just bought my SimCity key.
I read here on trustpilot that gmg not was the best place to buy keys, but thats wrong!
When i had finishing entering the card details. I press "confirm phurcase" and in the same second, the cd-key popped up at the scree and i could reedem it in Origin!

Good Customer Support, Cheap & Fast Key Delivery.
I don't really have a word to say about GMG, I've been using them since October 2012 and bought 4 games from them so far, all the keys have been delivered quickly and worked first time.
You do need GMGs software called "Capsule" to download some titles but this is a quick install and has excellent download speeds so no problems there either.

Complete waste of time
Trying to purchase a game on offer and all I get is errors when trying to pay by card, so I try PayPal instead and oh look errors again. Why even bother.

Leg it away from them. The store itself and CS are beyond awful.
I thought I've seen bad CS but GMG.. they are something.
Purchased 2 days ago Skyrim, still no key. Looks like they are out of stock, yet the product wasn't tagged as such. So they grab yer money and make you wait. You can ask for refund but unlikely to get any answer from CS, by the time they answer you are probably going to have yer key so it's pointless. No refund once the key is deliveried. I have submitted two tickets - nothing. NOTHING. It says a reply takes 2-4 days _working_ . Am I sorry - what ?! Are we the early 2000's ? You are online retailer. Online. Online! There's a reason why you are online - it's more reliable. Though not with GMG's case. Yeah, and CS is off on the weekend. Bloody brilliant. You cant be in this business and have days off. Else - sod off. That's not for you. And don't think that if you get a response from CS there will be any help.
"You will receive your key shortly" they say, then that someone waits for another couple of days. "Shortly", right...
Still waiting for my key and my a response to my own tickets. Probably going to get it some time in 2013. F### pissed off.
Anyway, my opinion is firm.

Key sent quickly and cheapest by far
No issues getting the steam key sent through, full working key and not one of those dodgy Russian ones that you have to circumvent the region locking with.

Terrible and a Rip-Off...READ THE FINE PRINT!
You think you are downloading easy to play games on your PC but may discover (only after you've paid) that you also have to have their software installed on your machine (called Capsule) and only then can you play the game. From what Ive read on other reviews, Capsule doesnt always work and requires online access.
Silly and a waste; thanks for holding my game hostage.
There are MUCH better websites like Gog, Gamersgate and even Amazon where once you buy the game, its yours to play with no restrictions or shells. Why does this site even exist?..and how are they staying in business?

The best deals online
Site can be a little slow but other than that I have nothing bad to say about them. They also have some of the best deals on online games in the entire market, hardly a miss.

Always great service - from a 4 times repeat customer
I love the constant deals the site offers. Always a reason to visit the site and empty my wallet. On 4 occasions now and about 7 invidual purchases(all codes so not postal experience) I have got the codes instantly and all work perfectly.
Id recommend greenmangaming to anyone and often do.

A horrible business- Nasty attitude and threats from Customer Service, strict rules, problems with billing- a company setup to fail.
I tried to purchase three preorder copies of Company of Heroes 2. Not only did all 3 of my payment methods fail due to "errors", but it took CS to finally allow me to get the first copy.
When I wanted to buy two more copies, I was told no and was sent a threatening email saying that if I tried to purchase a copy for my friend and spend $120 more at their store, I would get permanently banned from the website.
Last time I checked, threatening people and treating them with a nasty Customer Service response when all they want to do is spend $180 at your store and buy a lot from you, is NOT good business practice for a store already plagued with billing problems. I still haven't gotten my key, either, although I assume that is normal for this preorder, although I am skeptical as STEAM users might have received theirs already.

I have rarely been threatened for wanting to spend $180 in one transaction at a store of any kind.
For a game company that is going to be keeping your games, this is very bad for the customer. This company will not be around for very long- which means your games won't be around for very long either. Just like Direct2Drive, this will disappear along with all your cd keys, downloads, and activations. And with this attitude? I severely doubt they will care.

Cheap Games
This is a great website.
I used vouchers and credits provided by greenmangaming ,and purchased BF3 premium and Sleeping Dogs with very low prices.
And I got the bf3 premium keys instantly plus i got a free 5USD credits before.
