They really go the extra mile to help you, ringing around various suppliers to help me get the singing bowl I needed to my exact specifications.

YES THAT BAD! DO NOT USE!
Firstly, I purchased two pendulum from this company. One came with a chip that was marked in a green colour - this pendant was amathist. The link attaching to the stone and chain is so small that it constantly becomes stuck. The other pendulum i ordered which was more expensive came looking nothing like the picture, the discription or colour! I have never come across anything quite as bad as this company. To make matters worse, your item will probably get lost in the post as it only has ONE stamp first class, though you pay 2.50 p&p. Wouldn't bother.... Rubish!
