First I get sent an email to say an item I have ordered is out of stock and will be sent out when it is back in stock - but no clue as to when that is likely to be, phoned for a refund of that item - told will be refunded Monday, phone Monday told it will be done Tuesday - NOT GOOD.
Recieved the rest of my order today and one of the items was not what I ordered, phoned and again told what I ordered is not in stock and if not happy with replacement sent I should post it back for a refund! Not acceptable - If something is not in stock they should tell you at the point of placing the order. Will avoid in future.
